10/18/61 My birth certificate says I was born in Hialeah,Fla and I was adopted by a Jewish family in Brooklyn,NY. The adoption was handled privately by a lawyer Shad Polare (not sure of spelling) ISO birth mom or father to say thanks for the gift of life. Quanto6314@aol.com
