09/28/64 I am posting this for my much loved daughter-in-law. She was born at Tampa General Hosp. Tampa, FL. She was adopted by Sylvia Graves Schmitt and Philip Eugene Schmitt, Jr. on Oct. 12, 1965. She was adopted from Family Service Association of Tampa. The attorney who handled the adoption was Robert Kimbrough, Sarasota, the judge was Lynn Silvertooth, and the case # on the adoption decree is 18945.
