08/22/65 My daughter was born at Halifax Hospital in Daytona, FL. The adoption was a closed adoption handled by The Children's Home Society of Daytona Beach.The father's name was Richard Sturm.I was told by a nurse, she had a deep dimple in her chin, something she inherited from her father.
