11/08/65 Female Born Tampa General, Nov 8, 65, weighed 3 lbs 8 oz, had congential hip dislocation of left hip. Because of being born prematurely I remained in the hospital until Dec 22, 65 then placed in Foster Home. Was adopted through the Childrens Home, Inc. in Tampa, FL.
