05/11/67 I am looking for my birth parents. I was born in Hollywood Memorial hospital in Hollywood Florida, Broward County. My birth parents were both 15 yrs old at time of adoption and in the 10th grade. My mother returned to school. She was 5'1 109 lbs with light brown hair. She was German, (Dutch or Danish, and English. She didn't keep her appointments at HRS. My father was Irish with brown hair and green eyes. He was 5'8 at the time and weighed 135lbs. The Consent for Adoption was signed by my mother on 5/12/67. The Final Adoption Decree was signed on November 20, 1967 it is recorded in Chancery Order Book 1 and listed on page 441 under Chancery Order Number 67-3089.
