5/5/69 Female adoptee ISO any Bfamily born in St. Petersburg at St. Anthony's Hospital around 9:45 am. Family & Children's Services handled the adoption. Bmother was Diane Johnson she was 16 yo at the time and a hish school student at Boca Ciega High School, assumed to be living with parents at this time. Bfather was also 16 and worked as a mechanic, carpet cleanerAny information would be greatly appreciated. There are non-urgent medical conditions as well as psychological issues that I must investigate with my birthmother, and hope that she is willing to do the same.
