WUWG's transmitter was down starting at least thirty-two minutes before 8PM. I relayed a phone message to WUWG's general manager, Kevin Sanders but he was unavailable; then I called our engineer, who lives over an hour's drive from the transmitter. Carroll County Electric Member Coop was experiencing some outages, possibly in the area where WUWG's main antennae is located. I'm not sure if Carroll EMC or "Georgia Power Co." supply electricity for WUWG's remote transmitter, but all electricity to our studio on campus was available. I apologize to our six studio guests and to our listeners. Maybe we will find out why WUWG's signal is lost so often during the airing of Appalachian Trail Vaguely Folk Music Show. If so I'll try to remember to pass the information along via this webpage.

Y'all keep pickin' and singing for Jesus; something big and rather spectacular is getting ready to happen. If we trust Jesus we'll all make it through, brothers and sisters. If I see you next week then okay, but either way, keep singing and picking for Christ.
May we sing together in the heavenly choir.
May we sing forever in joy.
Peace is coming.
Peace is coming.
I can feel it in my bones.
Peace is coming.
Peace is coming.
We're finally going home.
Love, Singin' Steve
