| In 2001, Mark signed Jon up as a Wall of Sound DJ and artist under Jon’s new moniker, The Visitor. Last year, Jon moved away from London to Edinburgh. He now juggles his DJ schedule with running his own record label, Lovelife!, recording as the Velvet Mafia, and running his own fashion label, Pleased. Under his The Visitor alias, Jon continues to be resident DJ at Wall of Sound (sic). parties at Fabric as well as at Wall of Sound nights around the world. He is currently well under way with writing his debut The Visitor album, and is thrilled to be a part of Wall of Sound purely “because they love the records they put out!”. So the once best dressed DJ in the land who brought the glamour back into dance, today promises to bring his love of good times into his own music. In one of his favourite films, ‘The Naked Civil Servant’, the main flamboyant character played by Quentin Crisp, hated to conform. Lack of conformity sums up what The Visitor is all about. Expect some surprises in 2004. The Visitor’s new single ‘Our Lips Are Sealed/ A Month of Sundays’ featuring Roxanne Wilde is released on Wall of Sound in the Love And Good Times Series on 8th December.
