Most Mysteries of all the Eva's Unit-01 was the test type and therefore most complex in design. Piloted by Shinji Ikari it has the highest kill count of all the Eva's succselfully killing nine angels. Highly Unpredictible it has gone out of control many times and even moved on three occasions without power.
