Purpose: Jessica was guardian to Sailor Venus in the Silver Millenium.Sailor Pluto sent Jessica and the other Guardian Scouts to 20th century Tokyo.

Appearance: Jessica is 5'1(4'2 while in disguise).She has dirty blond hair that's always in pig tails and brown eyes.

History: When Jessica was three years old her sister,Kayley,turned up missing.They desided that it was a kid napping even though there was no ransome note.Shortly after this her mother gave her a necklace,telling her that it was a family heirloom that had been in there family for thousands of years and to guard it with her life.Her mother also told her that she would tell her more about that when she was older.Sadly she never got the chance.Jessica's parents were killed in an accident.Jessica was luckier than most orphans.

You see there was a legend,that in a time of peace and happiness,ten guardians would be born,one with the power of thunder,one with the power of love,one with the power of the stars,one with the power of fire,one with the power of the clouds,one with the power of hope,one with the power of life,one with the power of light,one with the power of water,and one with the power of plants.The legend also said that they would be found by the markings on their ankels.It was said that these guardians would protect the princes and princesses of the planets.Jessica and her sister both had these markings.Jessica had a blue heart,the mark of love and Kayley had silver angel wings,the mark of life.Queen Serenity was notified of this and when she found out that Jessica had been orphaned,she made sure that she was adopted by a couple on the Moon Kingdom,so she could recive her training there when she turned ten.

When she started her training Queen Serenity assigned Leo to be her guardian.

Costume: Sailor Pisces has purple bows,a robins egg blue skirt and collar,and purple boots.She has a silver tiarra with a turquoise jewl.She has a robins egg blue sceptor with a silver star on top

Pisces Power!
She says this,holds her necklace in the air,starts glowing robins egg blue,and spinning.Blue hearts float around her,then the blue light becomes so bright that you can't see her.When the light goes away she is in Scout uniform.

Attack:
Pisces Love Strike- When she says those words,a large diamond shoots from her sceptor.
Pisces Multiple Love Strike- When she says those words,many smaller diamonds shoot from her sceptor,she can hit multiple targets.
Pisces Healing- When she says this,she spins around then a gold dust comes out of her sceptor and spirals around her,sort of like Sailor Moon's Moon Healing Activation.Then the dust spirals around her target healing most of their wounds and restoring most of their energy,very serious wounds can use alot of her energy and if her target has gone unconsious from exaustion then the attack automatically gives her energy to her target.

Super Guardian Power- Only a guardian can use this.A guardian can say this to give their scout their live if their scout dies

Pisces Teleportation- She says this,points her sceptor at her target,and thinks about her targets destination.Diamond encases her target,disapappears,reappears at the destination,and then the diamond casing disappears.This is dangerous to use because tha diamond case doesn't always go away.
