Personalities: The training to become Sailor Moon was rough on Sandra. She felt too pushed into the whole thing and as a result, she is rougher on enemies than the original Sailor Moon. Add to this the fact that her mother has been the subject of enemy attacks and you have a young woman who feels that she is responsible to save the world, and she blames herself for a lot of perceived failures.

She was recently purified by her mother, and this allowed her to obtain her Super form.

History: Sandra Tsukino is the first daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity. (Rini will be the second.) She was raised at the royal court at the reconstructed Moon Palace and spent a great deal of time learning how to be a princess.

Then one day, her mother revealed that she was to become the next Sailor Moon. Sandra took this quite happily. She liked the idea of becoming a superhero. That is, until the fun began to become hard. Sandra soon rebelled and was thrown back in time to experience the events of Neo-Queen Serenity's own first adventure as Sailor Moon (SX9). After that, Sandra seemed to embrace the training, but inside, she felt as though she was being forced into the position.

As Sailor Moon, Sandra took a grim view of evil. It must be stopped. It must be destroyed. Very few chances for redemption would or should be given. As a result, she killed three villains herself (SX8, SX20, SX22), and has allowed the other Sailors to do the same. She was recently admonished for this sort of activity, and only through her true repentance was she able to gain her Super form.

Senshi suit: Sandra's original Sailor fuku looks exactly like her mother's original Sailor suit. However, her Imperium Silver Crystal had attuned itself to her personality, and as a result, even after she was purified, her Sailor suit is more stern-looking. It was described in SX23 like this: "Her skirt had a yellow, then red stripe around the fringe. A thin gold band encircled her waist. A silky red bow billowed itself from the small of her back."

Transformation item: Sandra carries her Imperium Silver Crystal in a locket. Sometimes she wears the locket on a clasp which she puts onto a thin belt.

MOON TIARA MAGIC - Same as original attack.
MOON TIARA SHARD MAGI- Same as original attack except that shuriken-like shards are thrown from the tiara as it is thrown. (SX2)
MOON ZERO MAGIC - Looks similar to "Moon Healing Activation". It is however, more destructive.

Other powers: Sandra as Sailor Moon has a limited form of telepathy, that allows her to send mental messages to her team-mates. She also telepathically gained control of a villain's copy of the Moon Wand and forced it to do a "Moon Healing" attack on its owner. (SX20) Sandra also used the power of the Star Chamber to tap into Planet Power (SX7)
