Personalities: Brandy is the Sailor that is most like her mentor, Mina. She looks almost identical to the elder Sailor Venus, and she can be almost as wierd at times. She is quite adventurous and idealistic.

History: Brandy's parents were originally Irish immigrants who went to Germany after the formation of the European Union. Once there however, Robert McIntyre fell into hard times and that made him receptive to radical thought. He and his wife joined a neo-Nazi group and Robert soon rose through its ranks.

While all of this was happening, the young Brandy listened calmly to the neo-Nazi teachings and dismissed them as ridiculous. She then helped break up the group by leaking information to the police. All of this came to the attention of Mina, who arranged for Brandy to attend a motivational speech that she was planning to give.

Mina was impressed with the outgoing Brandy. Her sense of justice and adventurousness made her the perfect choice for the new Sailor Venus.

Since her acceptance into the group, Brandy has become the unofficial leader. Even Sandra will take Brandy's advice, and Brandy will not hesitate to "pull rank" to get what she wants. (SX22)

Brandy has not been very successful with dating. Her first real boyfriend turned out to be a criminal responsible for planting bombs at the Moon Palace. (SX7)
