A Different Love
Part 1:: Mamoru has gone mad!

"So, Usako, when do you want to get married?" Mamoru asked while holdings Usagi's hand. They had had a wonderful day so far. They went shopping and to a movie, and now, he was talking about marriage. Usagi couldn't of been happier, but something was missing.
"I don't know," Usagi whispered up at the night sky. One star shinned brighter than the others. It was almost calling to her. She knew that it was the star that the Starlights were on. It had been over a year since the battle with Galaxia. They probably completely forgot about her.
Mamoru stopped and looked into Usagi’s eyes. "Is something bothering you, Usako?" She was still in a trance till he gave her a little shake.
"I am fine, Mamo-chan. I just really miss Seiya-chan." Usagi answered and continued to walk on. Suddenly, Mamoru grabbed Usagi’s arm and she gave out a great scream. "What are you doing?"
"I thought I told you not to think about her! I am the only one you will love!" Mamoru yelled with anger in his voice. He heard things what Seiya did. That Seiya was in love with her and made her so happy. The thought of Usagi being with a “her” made Mamoru angry.
"Mamo-chan, you’re hurting my arm!" Usagi yelled and tried to pull away but he just held on tighter. "I am sorry! I am sorry! Please let me go!" Mamoru gave her a slap and she fell to the ground.
"You mess up one more time Usako, and I will leave you," Mamoru yelled and started to walk off. No one knew that Mamoru had been abusing her for a year now. Ever since the whole thing with the Starlights, he has never been the same.
Usagi looked up and had tears running down her eyes. "It is over Mamoru!" She stood up. "You have been hitting, and kicking and just plan hurting me for way too long!"
Mamoru looked shocked but a red sports car drove up. Haruka ran out and yelled, "You okay?" She then looked up and saw Mamoru. "What happened?!"
Usagi got up with Haruka’s help and Usagi stated, "Mamoru and me are through!" Haruka was shocked but didn't say a thing. She helped Usagi into the car and left Mamoru, alone in the street, angry.

"Why didn't you tell us he was hurting you?" Makoto yelled while drinking some of her shake. They were at the crown, discussing what happened last night.
"I was scared," Usagi answered while not even touching her shake. "He said he would leave me if I said any of this to you or mentioned the star lights." Luna looked up at her and Artemis nodded his head.
"Well, you can do better than that!" Luna answered. "In fact, me and Artemis found out that you don't have to marry Mamoru. You can choice your own future!" Usagi smiled at her weakly and Ami patted her on the back.
"Don't worry, there are more fish in the sea," Ami smiled lightly while not holding her book up any more.
"I wish you would have let me known that when Seiya was here," Usagi whispered so lightly that only Minako heard.
Minako jumped up. "You know what this means?" Everyone turned to her. "Usagi can go hunting for guys with the rest of us!" All of them got bright smile and Usagi smiled a bit too. "In fact, let’s go and tell your dad you’re spending the night at my house this weekend, that way we can have fun and forget about Mamoru!"
Usagi stood up and smiled. "All right, let’s go to his office now!"
Rei smiled, but didn't say a word till the two of them left the crown. "I can't believe that stupid Usagi didn't tell us that Mamoru was hurting her."

"Let's see," Usagi whispered as she looked at the bilten board that stated which floor that everything was on. "I can't remember what floor!" The building had about fifty floors and was huge.
"Well, let’s go to the information center, on level thirty-two!" Minako added and Usagi nodded. They headed into the elevator, not knowing that someone was following them close behind.
When they got to the thirty-second floor, everyone got quiet when the doors opened. Usagi and Minako saw all of these eyes starring at them. They couldn't figure it out till a kid screamed. "My gun is better!!" Usagi and Minako turned around to see Mamoru with a gun pointed to Usagi's father’s head.
"Daddy!" Usagi yelled and Mamoru shook his head and got ready to pull the trigger.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you!" Mamoru's voice was as cold as steal. Usagi stopped and wanted to start crying. "Give me your locket, and Minako, give me your pen, now!" They threw them over and he put them in his pocket. He turned to the people watching him. "Get out!" They all ran as soon as they could from the location.
"Mamoru, let my Dad go!" Usagi yelled. Mamoru tied up her father then hit him over the head with the gun. He was out cold.
"Are you telling me what to do?" Mamoru yelled while walking up to her and soon hitting her in the face. "You will never tell me what to do! You hear me, never! I own you!"
Minako kicked him in the back of his right leg and Mamoru fell over, screaming. She quickly ran over to Usagi and helped her up. Before anything else could happen, Mamoru shot Minako in the left arm. Blood, shot out as she screamed and soon fell to the ground.
"Minako-chan!" Usagi yelled and Mamoru walked up and kicked Minako. Usagi started crying and yelled, "Please, take your anger out on me, leave them alone! They didn't do anything!"
Mamoru pulled Usagi up and kissed her, hard. When their lips departed Mamoru yelled, "Yes they did!" Usagi started to struggle and Mamoru hit her again, and again, and again, and finally Usagi couldn't move a muscle.
Usagi had her eyes half open and she whispered and prayed, "Seiya, help me!" Mamoru didn’t hear her but kicked her again, till she was out cold.

In another Galaxy a young sailor senshi looked up at the stars. Tears had covered her face once again. It was their first anniversary together. It had been exactly one year since her and Usagi went on their first date.
Suddenly out of nowhere she heard her Earth name screamed. She looked back and forth. "Odango?" She asked slightly. The senshi looked back and forth till she decided that it was part of her imagination. She then continued to look up at the star called Earth.
"Fighter! Did you hear it? Usagi was calling for you!" The silver haired senshi yelled while running in.
"You mean, I wasn't hearing things?" Star Fighter stated while almost in shocked. Her Odango needed her! She was calling for her!"
"No, everyone on the planet heard! I think there might be something wrong!" The brown hair senshi stated while making her entrance. "Princess Kakyuu told us to go!"
Star Fighter looked at her sisters with a great smile on her face. "Right!"

With in an hour, the building was empty except for Mamoru, Usagi, Usagi's Dad, and Minako. Cops surrounded the building. The scouts were panicing from down stairs.
"What do we do?" Ami asked while walking back and forth. "I know a way we can get in, but he has a protective shield over his body. Meaning our powers won’t work on him."
"Then let’s beat the crap out of him!" Makoto yelled while making a fist for everyone to see.
"We are not strong enough," Ami answered. "The only ones that I know that could stand up to him would be the star lights." Everyone looked down at first but soon looked up when they heard Minako scream.
The outer senshi ran up in their regular forms. "What’s going on? I heard kitten is in there!" Haruka yelled and everyone soon nodded.
Rei explained everything to them. Setsuna looked up. "This wasn't supposed to happen. Chibi-Usa will never be born now. Mamoru will not be king."
Suddenly Haruka felt someone put their hands on her shoulder. She looked back, as did everyone else. It was Seiya, Taiki, and Yaten.
"Where's Odango? She called me!" Seiya yelled with determination in his eyes.
