A Different Love
Part 2:: Through the vents we go!

Ami explained the whole story to Seiya and the other Starlights. They looked up at the tall droopy building. Usagi and Minako’s screams could be heard through out Tokyo. Nothing could compare to the screams they gave off. They were full of sorrow that would only exist in a world of nightmares, but that world was coming true this day.
"Well, it looks like we will have to go in there," Seiya answered. Everyone turned to him. "Hey, Odango called me. So I will be there for her." More determination rested in Seiya's eyes now. It was that same look in his eyes when he wanted to find his princess. Well, he got his princess back and was going to get Usagi back too, no matter what!
Yaten walked up to Seiya. "I am going with you. I don't really like Minako or anything but I know you can't handle him by yourself!" Everyone raised an eyebrow and couldn't believe how weird Yaten was. Yaten was shaking and trying to hold in a sad look while he talked. His feelings never were really shown to the world. He kept them in to protect himself you might say.
"I would go in with you, but I will stay out here and help Ami." Taiki answered while looking serious, like always. The whole group knew he liked Ami, but he could hide it better than anyone.
Everyone nodded silently. Seiya and Yaten looked up at the building and heard Usagi scream again.
"SEIYA! EVERYONE! ANYONE! HELP ME!" Usagi screamed from above and another horrible scream came along with that. Seiya told himself, "Don't worry Odango, I'm coming!"
"How do we get in?" Yaten yelled and Ami turned to him.
"You guys can go through the vents. Me and Taiki will tell you which way to turn and such." Ami answered while handing them microphones that went in their ears. The boys gladly took the microphones and placed them in their right ears. "It will take a while for you guys to get there since you will have to be extremely quiet."
"Don't worry, I will kill Mamoru once we get inside," Seiya answered and they headed to the back of the building. The back entrance hadn't been covered by the cops yet. Seiya crawled in after taking the face of the vent off. Yaten soon joined him when they heard someone running over to them.
"Oh no, the cops are coming!" Makoto shut the door and they soon ran. Seiya and Yaten were left alone in the vents. They could hear cops screaming back and forth. It was so dark and creepy in the vents they were scared that if they breathed to hard they would fall instantly.
"This is so stuffy!" Yaten whined as they started to go up the vents. The cops opened up the vent top and saw no one in. They soon closed it and locked it good.
Seiya and Yaten were hiding in a corner and holding their breath. "Shh! They are going to hear us!" Seiya whined when suddenly they heard a familiar voice come into the microphone.
"All right, you need to go right then up!" Taiki answer. He typed quickly on Ami's computer to get the correct status and coordinates of his brothers. "God, I hope they make it in enough time." Taiki whispered to himself.

Mamoru kicked Minako in the chest one more time and she finally passed out. Blood was covering Minako's school outfit from head to toe. She had to have been the strongest of Usagi's warriors.
He walked over to Usagi and pulled her head up by her hair till she looked at him in the eyes. "See, this is what happens when you don't do as you're told!"
"Mamoru, please stop this!" Usagi whispered while coughing. Mamoru slapped her hard and the phone rang. He let go of her quickly and rushed to the phone.
"WHAT?!" He yelled and started to argue with someone on the phone, the police probably. Usagi couldn't care less. She knew that her friends would somehow save them. Just then, Usagi noticed that Minako was becoming pale.
"Minako-chan," Usagi whispered while shaking her lightly. Minako opened her eyes and it scared Usagi. They were so sad and there was no energy left in them. They were blank. They weren't Minako's eyes.
"Usagi, I am sorry I couldn't save you," Minako whispered while laying back down. Usagi looked all around the room till she saw the laundry shoot just down the hall.
Usagi crawled over to Minako's ear. "If we can get my dad down there, we might have a better chance of escaping." Minako lightly looked up and saw the direction that Usagi had been referring to.
Mamoru was to busy on the phone to notice that the girls were quietly dragging her father’s body to the shoot. "Help me lift him," Minako whispered as they lifted him up and Mamoru heard the girls groaning. He looked to his side and noticed what the girls had just done. One of his hostages had gotten away.
"Go, Minako-chan!" Usagi answered and pushed her down the shoot. Mamoru had came running up. Minako tried to pull Usagi down with her, but Mamoru had already grabbed her.

Minako tried to climb back up it till she heard someone in the vent. The door was suddenly released. Her body slid into the vent and ran into two men. She screamed her guts out until one of them held her mouth. She was probably at the twentieth floor by now.
"Minako, it’s us!" Yaten yelled while making sure she didn't scream. She stopped and turned towards them. She hugged them with all of her might. Crying, never wanting to let go.
"It was so horrible! He shot me and beat me up! He is killing Usagi! She saved me but I couldn't save her!" Minako cried so hard on Yaten it was making the vent shake. Seiya turned to Yaten.
"You go down the shoot and make sure she gets help. I will deal with Mamoru," Seiya answered while pushing them out of the vent and soon closing the door so they slid down the shoot. "Hold on Usagi, I am coming!" Seiya whispered and started to go up again. In about ten minutes he had started to have trouble climbing up.
Taiki's voice came up. "We have Usagi's Dad, Minako and Yaten here. Where are you and where is Usagi?"
"I am going up the vents still, I am somewhere near a laundry shoot. The twenty-fifth floor I think." Seiya answered while continuing to crawl.
"Well, a negotiator tried talking to Mamoru, he got really angry! You have to get Usagi out of there now!" Taiki yelled while starting to get fuzzy. Seiya looked up and sighed.
"He helped me so much," Seiya stated, sarcastically. He could hear Usagi screaming. He soon started to move faster and faster till he was almost running through the vents.
