True Love Never Dies

(the creator of this Seiya and Usagi fanfic is me, Idile, a girl, who asks the good readers not to sue her for using the characters, which were created by N. Takeuchi, Japan. I’m just a fan and have no right to use these characters, I know that, so don’t send me letters saying these characters aren’t mine.)

CHAPTER 12

The few hours of sleep were not enough for Usagi, but somehow she managed to get up and go down stairs for breakfast. Her mother was making pancakes and it made Usagi remember Chibi-Usa.

* I saw her yesterday, why couldn’t I ask her? But then again, if I’m marrying Seiya and Chibi-Usa showed up, it means that I am making the right choice. I shouldn’t worry about Chibi-Usa. She was the person I thought that would be affected the most if I married Seiya and not Mamoru. I wonder, could Seiya be?

-What is troubling you Usagi-chan? -Ikuko asked putting some pancakes into Usagi’s plate.

-What? Oh, nothing.

-She is so sad because she can’t find a boyfriend, her marks are awful and she is getting fat! -Shingo said in a teasing voice.

-SHINGO! REPEAT THAT AND YOU’RE DEAD! -Usagi said and was aiming towards Shingo with her pancake. Her brother ducked just in time and the pancake went flying into the wall. Shingo began running out of the kitchen laughing and Usagi close behind with her pancakes. She was throwing them at him, but never managed to hit him. Just then the doorbell rang and Usagi and Shingo’s father opened the door. It happened so, that Shingo was standing in front of the door and Usagi threw a pancake, but Shingo ducked and the pancake hit whoever was standing in front of their door, straight in the face.

-Ooooooops? Usagi said. Then she looked at the person. Her eyes got the same size as Canada.

The pancake soon slipped down and the face of the person was the last she’d want to hit with a pancake.

-I never thought I’d be greeted like this, Odango. -A familiar voice said and giggled.

-Gomen Nasai, Seiya-chan, I never meant to. -Usagi said and ran up to him. She grabbed a handkerchief, which she happened to have near her, and began to clean him up. Her father was still standing in the doorway, looking at the strange guy that Usagi was cleaning up so affectionately.

-Who is this handsome young man, dear? -Ikuko asked looking at the strange person.

-I don’t know, -Kenji said looking at his wife.

-Wait, I know you. -Ikuko said excitedly.

Both Seiya and Usagi stopped what they were doing and gave their full attention to Usagi’s mother.

-You’re Seiya Kou, the singer, am I right? Oh, God, how come you came to our house? Did we win a lucky draw or something?

-Actually, Seiya-chan is my classmate, my friend, my boyfriend and my… -the last word was the hardest.

-Fiancé. -Seiya finished it for her.

-WHAT?! -Usagi’s father screamed. -Are you pregnant or something? If you are, then I’ll kill this bastard!

-Dad! Stop it! –Usagi is embarrassed and blushed deeply with deep red cheeks. -I’m not pregnant or something. Seiya is a perfect gentleman. He would never… -she is too embarrassed to say the word. -I mean I’m marrying him, because I love him.

-Oh, my little Usagi is getting married. I’m so excited! Congratulations you two! -Ikuko said putting her nicest smile ever. She ran to her daughter and hugged her real tight. -I never thought this day would come so soon. I guess you grew up sooner than I had noticed. And you picked a cute one I must say.

Seiya is blushed and put one hand behind his head laughing so it won’t show how embarrassed he felt.

-I’m lucky to be with her, Mrs. Tsukino. -Seiya said proudly.

-Call me Mom, okay? -Ikuko looked at her husband who looked still under shock. -Calm down dear. You knew she would leave us some day, now that day has come.

-Well, I think we’ll be going now. You don’t want us to be late for school, do you?

-No, of course not, dear. Go, I’ll deal with your father. It was very nice to meet you, Seiya.

-Likewise. Well, we’ll be going now, bye, Mr. and Mrs. Tsukino.

Usagi and Seiya quickly opened the door, sneaked away and were on their way to school. Seiya looked at his watch.

-We’ve got 20 minutes. What do you say if we don’t hurry?

-So much time? I’ve never been on my way to school so early …but I like the idea. -Usagi said and snuggled up closer to Seiya, while he put his arm around her. They walked this way all the way to school without even saying a word, just lucky the way they were.

They didn’t know that they were being followed. A bit of green hair could be seen through the bushes. Then the same hair behind a tree, until someone was standing in front of them. It was a girl with long green curly hair with an orange bow. (Anyone recognize her?) Seiya and Usagi stopped and looked at her.

-Hello Sonoko! -Usagi said.

-Eh …hi! -Seiya also said not bothering to really look at her.

-What is the matter Sonoko? You look mad.

Sonoko had her hands clenched into fists and looked really mad. She walked up to Seiya and wanted to say something, but then decided not to.

-Usagi, I thought you had a boyfriend and you weren’t interested in Seiya?

-I did, but then I realized I had not really loved him and Seiya was always there for me.

-Oh. Doesn’t matter. I always know you would get together. -Sonoko smiled, but then her happiness faded away when she looked at Seiya. -And you have some explaining to do, Seiya-san.

-What for example?

-Well, for example, you were supposed to come to the fan club meeting yesterday at 9 p.m. but you didn’t, do you remember?

-Oh my God, I completely forgot! I had promised to visit the club members and chat with them about our private life since we left and about why we left, but I completely forgot! I was… -Seiya tried to think of something, because they were fighting the demons then. - …on a date with Odango and I…he…he…he…time just flies when I’m with her. -Seiya tried to keep his cool, but was failing miserably. *How could I have forgotten that club meeting? I could have just went to it before the battle and avoided meeting Sonoko like this, now Usagi will think I’m irresponsible and will not want to marry me.*

Usagi suddenly began to laugh a little, then more and more, until she could not stop herself from laughing.

-What’s so funny? -Sonoko asked looking at the laughing girl next to Seiya.

-It seems he’s been hanging around me so much that he’s even beginning to act like me!

Sonoko started to giggle and Seiya was smiling.

-I guess you’re right Usagi. And I’ll see YOU in tomorrow’s club meeting, and don’t forget this time. You might lose a lot of fans. -with that she left.

Seiya hung his head in defeat.

-Just great, now I will have to miss my football training to go and talk with the fans. I guess that’s life, but I keep asking myself why they always want me to go. They only ask Taiki or Yaten like …once or twice a month. That is just unfair.

-Come on, Seiya-chan, it’s not that bad. I mean if you weren’t a popular singer, I would have never met and fallen in love for you.

-Is that so? -He said in a childishly amusing voice. -Then I guess I have to be grateful I am a star, because I have you. -Then he kissed her sweetly with passion like he always did. Just then the bell rang.

-Just great, I thought I’d get to school on time for a change but I don’t? -She sighted and ran off leaving Seiya behind, looking at her puzzled. -Well, hurry up if you want to get to class before the teacher comes! -Usagi shouted while running.

Seiya could only smile and follow.

Nyaga walked around thinking. She knew what she wanted to know, but had no idea how to use it. She could easily defeat Sailor Moon and her little helpers, but it would have been no fun. Nyaga stopped.

-Hmmmm… that Seiya guy is what I can use to make her suffer. But first I have to kidnap him. -Nyaga smiled devilishly, but then her serious look returned. -The problem is I can’t send my demons to bring him to me. They could be defeated … no, WOULD be defeated by the Sailor Senshi. What they can’t do, I guess I’ll have to do myself.

-Madam?

-Haven’t I told you… -Nyaga began slowly, but the demon that called her began to shake and walk away.

-I’m sssssoorrrryyyy.

-…to never disturb me when I’m thinking? -She continued, and then slowly lifted her right hand in the air. A really powerful energy blast came out of her hand and destroyed the demon in a second, leaving nothing but ashes. All the other demons became scared. One thing they did that Nyaga did not like and they would turn into ashes.

-Someone clean that up. I’m leaving. -Nyaga was saying in her cold voice and walking towards the door at the same time. -And when I am gone, make special chains that could not be broken by anything. I’m going to return with a prisoner. -These were her last words before she disappeared out of sight.

Seiya and Usagi had just made it to class. They were lucky because the teacher had been called out somewhere before she could check if everyone was there. There were 2 days of school left and a lot of teachers had been called to one place or another to talk about the next year’s new students. The new students had to come and meet their next year’s classmates. (Sounded kind of silly, but I didn’t know how to explain.)

I hope they send a cute guy to our class -Makoto sent the message to Minako, who got it and wrote back to Makoto. -Forget it. They never do, except the Three Lights. But I don’t think we’ll be lucky this time. I imagine some short guy with huge glasses like Umino. -Minako threw the message to Makoto, who sighted and gave Minako a nod. Just then the teacher slowly walked in. Someone was walking behind her. Minako, Makoto, and all the other girls looked closely at the person who walked in. All of them held in their breath. They were shocked.

End of chapter 12. Sorry it took a long time to write, but I was too bored to write. And every time when I wanted to write, my friend Vaida would always drag me out with her.
