Here is the story of the Four Winds in Greek myth:
The Four Winds are the children of Eos, Goddess of the Dawn. Boreas, the North Wind, was icy and wild. He was capable of great destruction and tore up trees and piled up waves in front of him. Boreas was the father of Calais and Zetes. Their mother was a mortal named Orithyia, who Boreas spotted near a stream, wrapped her up in a cloud, and carried her away. Notus, the South Wind, brought fog and rain. He often caused people and ships to become lost. Zephyr, the West Wind, was gentler than the other winds. He swept the sky clear of clouds and all nature smiled. He was the father of two immortal horses named Xanthus and Balius. These were the horses used by Achilles and ran with the speed of the wind. Eurus, is the East Wind, and there isn't much written about him as he was rarely called on. Aeolus was the Warden of the Winds, and lived on Thrace.
You can see that I just picked the names from the myth for my story only. I didn't follow the myth actually. They have different responses. Also, Four Winds are brothers in myth but they are only partners in my story.
