Star Season | |||
Well this could be a summary of the Stars season of Sailor Moon. Or this could be a brief history of how Seiya came to fall in love with a certain "Odango". Just for those of you who by accident happened to stumbled into our web page and don't have an idea who or what is an "Odango". Odango is the term of endearment that Seiya has for Usagi! Or we could rant on and on about why we believe that Seiya and Usagi would make a better couple! Or we could be like other folks who believe that in the manga Mamoru and Usagi are the better couple. Sadly enough I have not read the original manga and what I have heard is that the NA English version is inconsistent with the original. I guess we could read the manga translations from the fans that we have a link of but we are missing the link for manga pics. Ok. So those are lame excuses! But this is our web page which is a tribute to the Romance that never was and should have been. The reason why never was you ask? Well you asked us and in our opinion we believe that Miss Naoko created Seiya so that Usagi could always have a leading man in her life. We could go on and on like other people do, and go as far as to say that Miss Naoko also created Seiya to stress the fact that Usagi will always love Mamoru but we choose not to. The only thing that we think is worth mentioning (just in case of you haven't noticed) is that Mamoru has the same astrological sign as Seiya and even is the same blood type.![]() ~Amara Kou~ No Flames Please! Oh! Yeah! Just in case you are new to this don't forget to read the Star Season Summary! Anime: TV show Manga: Comic book Mamoru: Darien (NA English name) Odango: Dumpling Seiya: NA English name n/a Usagi: Serena (NA English name) |

Star Season Summary | |||
Well this is more like a couple of Seiya and Usagi fanatics dream of a Romance that never was. But this is really a summary of the process of how Seiya fell in love with Usagi~ Warning major spoilers ahead! Seiya's infatuation with Usagi begins when he first sees her at the airport. They finally met at a park and Usagi was a bit annoyed when Seiya called her 'Odango' since according to Usagi only Mamoru can call her that. When they met for the second time Usagi does actually admit to Luna that Seiya is not bad looking! By coincidence, Seiya ends up attending the same high school as Usagi does and he does his best to impress her but she still considers him somewhat annoying and arrogant. Yet Usagi decides to follow Seiya around when he was in a pinch and was supportive towards him. The most interesting moments happen later on at the concert where Usagi seems quite jealous of Seiya being really close to Michiru. During their date in which the blushing and the worrying for one another was really romantic. Seiya's affection for Usagi is so young and uplifting that during camping he even decided to scare her and her friends. Another great Seiya and Usagi moment is during the time Seiya volunteers to be Usagi's body guard for the night and Usagi agrees. Too bad their night had as many interruptions as their date did. Seiya is so caring towards Usagi that he even indulges her by following her into the world of candy. By this time their friendship has grown so much that they have promised not keep any secrets from each other. They don't want their to be kept apart so Seiya offers to help Usagi to play baseball and she tries her best to learn to play so they can remain together. Unfortunately Usagi's and Seiya's effort to keep their friendship strong does come to a halt when their alter ego's are revealed. Seiya and Usagi are kept apart by their friend's and during that time our wonderful Seiya gets hurt. Usagi goes to great lengths to find out if Seiya is okay. Their attempts are hindered by the closets people to them and when they are finally able to spend time together, all the pieces of the final battle were coming together. Thus, being kept apart. But not before Seiya is able to confess his love for Usagi even if she seemed not to return his feelings. The final battle against Galaxia is gruesome and Sailor Star Fighter does her best to protect Eternal Sailor Moon. Sadly enough Seiya has to return to his home world leaving Usagi to the care of the man she loves. You see Seiya/Fighter loved Usagi but sadly enough Miss Naoko was not interested in making Seiya and Usagi a couple. Since in my opinion the whole Sailor Moon series deals with the idea of destined romance. This summanry is based on the fansubs of the Star Season and not the manga! Please note that the two stories lines are completely different! We don't have a manga summary but we do have many cute manga pictures that were provided by Britney. The reason why we love Seiya so much is because in the anime we were able to witness how Seiya came to fall in love with a certain 'Odango Atama' for whom she is, Seiya's love for Usagi is so unconditional! ~Amara~ If you have any questions email either Amara or Trista. |
