The program BOB10.PAS demonstrates the oscillogram
and "time-dependent Fourier spectrum" of human's speaking
from BOB2.COM.
One can see that the speaking has main tone, overtones,
and regions of formants where overtones are strong. On can see
that for different sounds the formants lie differently, and that
the frequency of the main tone changes during the phrase.
The program BOB11.PAS demonstrates the same oscillogram
in more expanded form.
The program BOB2.COM on old, slow machines says (via
PC speaker) in Russian: "A nu konchaj knopki toptat`,
poshol ots`uda"; on modern machines, this sounds like
short-duration noise. The principle of representation of
the sound in this program makes its visualization very
convenient (in some other programs, it is not so).
