The group has an extensive list of resources. An abbreviated list is given below:

Computers: seven laptops, with internet access

Microfiche readers and microfiche: many local parish registers

Books: from Phillimore's Atlas & Index of Parish Registers to guides for family historians

Hearth Tax Lists 1672: covering many parts of Yorkshire, including those local to Selby

All are available on loan to members, plus lots more.

Finally: a group of experienced researchers available for advice
