First Meeting

Personal projects and Competitions

There were some thoughts about personal projects and projects for schemes such as Animate! Mesh and Pulse.

Several people had a few ideas and were pitching for projects and it would be a great opportunity if other people would like to help with these projects. Others who get involved with the projects may think of some different ideas that the original person did not think of, or notice some problems.

Any one with an idea can contact me with a short description of the project and what it is for. This can be posted on the website and we will arrange a meeting for people to find out more, meet you and discuss the project.

Interest from a client for 3D / Flash projects

I was able to see a Client in the morning that was very interested in our collaboration. They were interested in:

· A group of flash animators to take on projects

· Very experienced SoftImage XSI animators

· A group of 3D animators to work on in house projects and pitches.

With respect to the work they are offering we urgently require copies of your 3D / Flash work to make a showreel to present to them. Please send showreels with descriptions of the work directly to me ASAP.
