Job 37:3-7 He unleashes his lightning beneath the whole heaven and sends it to the ends of the earth. After that comes the sound of his roar; he thunders with his majestic voice. When his voice resounds, he holds nothing back. God's voice thunders in marvelous ways; he does great things beyond our understanding. He says to the snow, 'Fall on the earth,' and to the rain shower, 'Be a mighty downpour.' So that all men he has made may know his work, he stops every man from his labor.

We all posed before climbing Mount Rainier from the trails at Paradise		We stopped for a break about 3/4 of the way up and took some photos
It rained on the way up before turning to snow, but we were prepared with ponchos		We watched mountain climbers climb where we were soon to go ourselves
We walked upon the clouds and were near to God...		... And we "explored" around the snowfields (just for the fun of it, of course)
The marmots were out and about and whistled at us		This was about the best view we got due to the heavy cloud cover

We had Sunday devotions at the Grove of the Patriarchs at the foot of two big trees
It's been 20 years since Mt. St. Helens blew		We didn't get any good views of Mt. St. Helens because it was still cloudy

Hiking 1 1/4 miles through Ape Cave was a unique experience for everyone		Ape Cave was a lot like a subway tunnel in most places but sometimes it was a little tight
