Phillips Wiegand is President of PW Financial Corporation. Prior to his present position, Mr. Wiegand was the President and Chief Executive Officer of T.W. Phillips Gas and Oil Co., a privately-owned natural gas utility serving approximately 60,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Western Pennsylvania. Previously, Mr. Wiegand served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Phillips Production Company, an independent natural gas producer in Western Pennsylvania. Mr. Wiegand is currently a Director of National City Bank of Pennsylvania, T.W. Phillips Gas and Oil Co., and various affiliates of T.W. Phillips Gas and Oil Co. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of Integra Financial Corporation and certain predecessor bank holding companies. He is a Trustee of Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia. Mr. Wiegand holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School.
