Telecom Order CRTC 99-704

On 22 June 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of Special Assembly Tariff Item D-727, providing a specific customer with the lease of ten local exchange television (audio/video) transmission channels under the Serial Digital Interface broadcast standard.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
