   These awards are for kawaii sites.  To me, I think this award is one of the easiest to get, 'cause it seems that a lot of Sailormoon sites are plain kawaii.  Just like Chibi Usa herself, the site that wins this award has to be sweet and sassy.
 
The requirements for this award are:

1) No hentai pics
2) A decent amount of kawaii Sailormoon pics of the senshi.
3) No broken links and if possible- no spelling errors.
   That's all ya need to get this award.

The reqiurments for this award are:

1) Site has to be based on any Japanese anime
           2) No hentai pics of any anime characters
3) Many kawaii pics of Japanese anime and/or a gallery of 'em
4) No broken links

 Award of Excellence
 
Reqiurements for this award:

1)  Based on Sailormoon                                                                                   
2) Site shows that you're a true Sailormoon fan3) An average amount of original and outstanding senshi pics
4) Information/Grammar all correct
5) No hentai pics of the senshi
6) Sign the dream/guestbook (optional but recommended)

 

Award of Pure Excellence
  The reqiurments for this award:The Award of Exellence correct information
1) The site can not be plain and simple, has to have many original pics
2) No broken links should appear on your page
3) Hentai is not permitted and will not be tolerated.  It makes an anime look bad.
4) An over-average amount of pics.  None should be stolen.
5) No grammar or spelling mistakes.
6) Sign our dream/guestbook  (optional but recomended)
Award of Kinmoku Kritisism
 
 I think this award is the hardest to get.  If ya wanna see why look at the reqiurments . . . 

Reqiurments for this award:

1) Site based on Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon- anime and manga

2) Over-average amount of original and high-quality pics of Senshi in anime and of Naoko Takeuchi's senshi drawings (all original that you edited and not stolen)

3) Many different things for the visitors to do- or many activities (that are rarely seen)

4) No broken links, spelling/grammar mistakes, or hentai

5) Information on manga and anime all correct

6) Overall an excellent and very good site with many activities, information, and original manga and anime pics

7) Sign the dreambook or/and guestbook (highly recommended, if your going for this award 'cause we wanna remember the Url)

If your thinking to apply for one or more of Hotaru and my awards, then good for you.  All ya have to do is fill out this form. That's it.  Hotaru or I will visit your site and in a few days to weeks (different time periods at different times) you'll get a reply. Also, we'll sign your guestbook.  Oh yeah, and if your page is about something like Anti-Sailor Mars or Anti-Sailor Chibi Moon or something like that then sorry but you can't win the award.
