| CONVERTER is single line PSTN simulation that is made available from a CDMA-FWP phone. This gadget performs the task of converting CDMA-FWP phone to a normal single line analog telephone connection.
CONVERTER produces an output similar to existing PSTN environment with all the basic features of analog line to connect to any existing telephone related termination gadgets like PCO, CCB, LCM,EPABX,FAX,INTERCOM,CONFERNCER ETC., |
| The circuit connection of CDMA FWP Converter |
| • Open FWP phone and do the wiring as per the diagram.
• Bring the jack out to the phone for the CONVERTER interface. • Connect the CONVERTER input with interface cable to FWP interface board. • Connect CONVERTER output to the gadget (Ex: epabx, FAX). • Remove the hand-set wire of the FWP phone and insert this to CONVERTER hand-set jack (Now hand will not have any connection). • Keep hand-set idle on hook. • Insert power cord of CONVERTER to 230V AC. • Connect RED wire to battery +VE and BLACK to –VE. • Switch on CONVERTER and FWP. • Wait till FWP completes its booting. • Now lift the hand-set which connected output of CONVERTER and listen for dial tone. |
