Akasha Romanus: ::There was a faint draft as the back window slid open a crack, untouched but moved by some unseen presence. A silhouette appeared behind the thin, filthy glass, svelte, windblown, and then it slipped wraith-like into the room, to land with a soft pat as bare feet landed on the wooden floorboards. There was a momentary flash of preternatural green, that disappeared as quickly as it had appeared, then Akasha stepped from the shadows::

Tiph Nightshade: ::Tiphareth kicked the door neatly in with a slight smirk on her face.. as was her preferred method of entering these days.. not that the filthy little bar looked all that orderly or neat to begin with anyway.. Stepping over the shards of shattered door now littering the floor beneath her feet, she strode silently over to an empty seat in a far corner..trying to avoid the company in here.. that she less than was excited to be sharing in::

Akasha Romanus: ::She was unarmed...or so it would seem, for she had left her beloved sword within the depths of her fortress-like Italian Palazzo, seeing no need to bring it to such a place when she could so easily beat anyone she encountered with her bare hands. She stalked quietly around the rooms perimeter...she hadn't hunted for some time...she needed to get back in the habit::

Tiph Nightshade: ::Tiphy playfully kicked at the tip of one five foot Masamune, holding the onyx hilt lax in her right, tattooed hand.. the bold Roman numeral 2 on the back of it served as a constant bitter reminder that she had been created using less than natural means, and for a purpose that nature had never intended. Being a product of a sadistic little combination of greed and science had it's good points as well as it's bad.. but she saw mainly the bad.. being the eternal pessimist that she was::

Akasha Romanus: ::Her movements were all freakishly silent, in fact the quiet that surrounded her disturbed even her. She gave up with the hunt. Only a moments glance had proven their was no one up to her high feeding standards, but she had spotted someone else. She gave a faint smile as she slipped over to Tiphareth, her movements unhurried...for she just couldn't bother rushing around when she had all the time in the world::

Tiph Nightshade: ::She made no allusions to betray the fact that she was less than careless and calm just now though, still kicking at the tip of her sword and watching in mock amusement as it bounced off the toe of her platformed boot. She stopped it abruptly as she spied Akasha approaching and let the Masa fall unceremoniously to the floor. She flashed a little grin and nodded her friendly greeting, happy that someone she could stand was in here:: How are you Kasha?

Akasha Romanus: ::She gave a nonchalant shrug. Her answer was always the same whether she was fine or whether she was mortally wounded, people had come to expect it of her by this point and some never asked her anymore:: I'm fine...as I always am....but bored as hell Tiph. ::She gazed around, feeling an almost irresistible urge to decapitate the scum that surrounded her::

Tiph Nightshade: ::She ran a casual hand through her mane of chestnut brown tresses and sighed a little, feeling her "pain" or.. strife.. whatever you wanted to call it.. Tiphy was bored off her ass as well, and was almost seething to kill some of the annoying little "things" running around this place and sucking out all signs of intelligent life, save for herself and her friend of course..:: I know exactly how you feel.. ::She glowered a little and bent down to snatch up her fallen sword::

Eva Unit 013: ::Looking at Tiph with his dark brown eyes:: Hello, my name is Matthias Tarcion, how are you?

Akasha Romanus: ::She sank into a chair near to Tiphareths, unceremoniously as was her usual habit, and flipped her legs over one arm of it, scowling as she immediately noticed the difference between it's size and that of her own enormous "throne". She blew upwards, ridding her dark eyes of a few errant strands of pale hair that had fallen out of place, and shook her head:: I remember when their at least used to be decent people here...with a little honor..where did they all go? Or did they just die?

Tiph Nightshade: ::She shot a questioning look at Akasha and then turned her glowing alien depths back to Matthias:: Tiphareth Nightshade... charmed I'm sure.. ::She held out her hand politely; Tiphy was known to be "nice" when the situation called for it::

Eva Unit 013: ::Grasping her hand softly in his he kissed it ever so gently, hoping to uphold the honor of his past::

Akasha Romanus: ::She looked quietly at the man that had approached Tiphareth, her lips pursed into a thin, cruel looking line as she gave him her customary once over, her eyes containing a look that was both icily cold, and yet irresistibly curious at the same time::

Eva Unit 013: Very pleased to meet you.

Tiph Nightshade: Likewise.. ::She smirked a little and withdrew her hand.. looking back to Kasha.. :: As for all of those decent people.. I think that we might be the only ones left around..

Eva Unit 013: ::Returning a smirk he pulled up a chair:: I understand completely. By the way, might you introduce me to your friend?

Akasha Romanus: Probably right...I expect they had the common sense to leave. I hate to admit this at all. But I've grown fond of the place whether it is inhabited by this...rabble or not. ::She almost pouted, a look that was odd for a 6000 year old vampire, but then Akasha had only been 18 when turned, and a little of her adolescent behavior had always remained, despite her usually austere attitude::

Tiph Nightshade: ::She removed both Masamune from her slender hips and lied them gently on the chair next to hers.. hearing Matthias and nodding faintly, smiling a little to herself, and gesturing to Akasha:: Matthias, this is my friend Akasha, Kasha.. Matthias..

Eva Unit 013: ::Bowing rather low to the ground, smiling:: Pleased to meet you as well.

Akasha Romanus: ::She made a slight sound of acknowledgement, but made no other move to return his greeting. Akasha was snobbish, to anyone she didn't know, and she would make no exceptions for this man. Her eyes only focused on him for a moment, before drifting off around the room, to scan it with her usual hawk-like precision::

Tiph Nightshade: Seems harmless enough.. ::she muttered.. Tiphy was wary around strangers and hadn't let her guard down just yet.. but wasn't really wanting to make a less than desirable impression, should this person turn out to be worth knowing...::

Eva Unit 013: ::Looking at the pair with his dark eyes:: So, what is your business here?

Akasha Romanus: Harmless...and more than likely unworthy of my attention...::She folded narrow, almost fragile looking arms beneath her chest and gave a deep, ragged sigh. His question would remain unanswered by her, she found his presence an irritation, and irritations were usually scratched..quickly::

Tiph Nightshade: ::She sat back, relaxing a bit in her chair.. and rambled off on some tangent as to why she was in here.. considering that she hated it..:: Nothing much else to do at the moment.. I bore easily, especially when Darrian is at work.. ::She grimaced and then went silent.. smirking a little at Akasha's words..::

Eva Unit 013: ::Never changing the expression on his face he looked towards Tiph:: Your friend doesn't seem to like me very much and if you wish, I shall depart.

Akasha Romanus: ::Remaining silent for a while longer, she proceeded to drum her long, glassy nails on the arm of the little, uncomfortable chair, every fourth click a metallic ring as her armor ring connected with the wood. Those same strands of hair fell back over her eyes, but this time they remained there, concealing her glowing green orbs slightly:: You're a stranger..what is there to like?

Tiph Nightshade: Don't take it personally... ::She smirked a bit and nodded her consent distractedly..:: I'll see you around.. maybe.. ::And then turned her shining eyes back to the table, staring into it and losing herself in her private thoughts. A glaze washed over her eyes and she crossed her toned arms over her chest slowly, clenching her teeth a bit as a particularly unpleasant memory came to her mind::

Eva Unit 013: ::Bowing low yet again to the two:: Very well then.

Tiph Nightshade: ::She tore herself from her waking reverie for a moment to smirk half heartedly at Akasha, remarking in an amused tone:: You remind me of me..

Akasha Romanus: Do you think I sent out an unpleasant vibe there? ::She canted her head gently on one side, an almost playful look replacing the glacial glare which had only moments before resided in her eyes:: Because really...I was trying my best to be pleasant...::Pale lips curved up into her characteristic sadistic smirk and she restrained a chuckle::

Tiph Nightshade: ::A slight sigh escaped her thin vermilion lips and she spaced out again momentarily, pulling herself out of it again, aware that she was being spoken to. Her eyes snapped up from the table.. the grain of which must have seemed infinitely intriguing as she continually found herself staring at it:: Hmm well.. I think you could have tried a little harder.. but no big loss I'm sure..

Akasha Romanus: ::She eyed Tiph for a little while, observant as always, but waiting before allowing her curious nature to get the better of her:: Something tells me you aren't in the best of spirits dear...::Her soft, Italian accented voice had an odd lilting tone to it, the words she uttered seeming to hang on the air for a few moments after she had spoken::

Tiph Nightshade: I'm just my usual, tormented and distracted, haunted enigmatic self really.. nothing to worry about.. seriously.. ::It was impossible to tell whether she was telling the honest truth or lying her ass off.. a quality that came in handy on more than one occasion.. She kicked her platformed booted feet up onto the top of the table, which wasn't very clean to begin with.. otherwise she might have thought to show a few more "manners"...:: How I loathe it here.. It's been months, and many long ones, literally, since I actually enjoyed hanging around in this dump.. We really need to find somewhere better to go..

Akasha Romanus: Aye but where? There is nowhere...in fact I've taken to becoming a sentinel and just standing guard over my property to kill whatever vampire hunters come to try and kill "the ancient one" as they call me. ::She flashed a grin, and those very tiny, but very deadly fangs were apparent for a short moment, before her face returned to it's usual emotionless mask::

Tiph Nightshade: ::She sighed a wistful little sigh, and considered summoning Damian, missing her baby sorely at that moment for some reason which she couldn't quite place her finger on.. but she didn't, only feeling at ease enough to bring him in here when Dar was around..:: Nnn, oh yes.. how I adore the mindless hoard of fucking vampire hunters..::The sarcasm dripped from her tone and a truly hateful expression washed it's way over her features. Tiph was not a vampire but practically everyone else she knew and cared about was so hence her ill concealed disdain for slayers..::

Akasha Romanus: ::She gave a weary sigh and interlocked her slender fingers together, forming a bridge of sorts upon which she rested her dainty chin:: They are my entertainment at present. That's how low things have become for me. ::Truly, Akasha sounded utterly dejected at this point, but her voice was always very emotional, even if her face wasn't. She crossed her long, svelte legs, her bare foot swinging out of boredom. Odd how when things were enveloped in anarchy she wanted peace, and vice versa::

At this point some guy started to stare at Akasha but I didn't log the exact post.. -_-;;

Akasha Romanus: ::She disliked being stared at, she found it irritating at the highest degree, and if the culprit didn't stop shortly it was more than likely that he'd find his repulsive body a crimson smear against the wall. She uttered a quiet, menacing growl, her message clear enough::

Tiph Nightshade: I don't think there really is anywhere else to go.. I mean, Nightshade is off limits pretty much.. Darrian practically shoots on sight if anyone approaches.. he's so damned protective.. Not that I mind it of course.. ::She nodded in recognition of Akasha's statements, turning a haunted and wistful gaze over the room slowly.. though it was indiscernible as to what she was longing for.. an unsettling and almost sick look took over then, and she quirked up a brow and flit her eyes back to Akasha..:: Think we might have to kill something? ::She toyed her fingers over the hilt of the Masamune closest to her..::

Then the same staring guy asked Akasha if she could help him out with something; I didn't log the post again...-_-;; Anyways, the "no" is directed at him.. not Tiphy.

Akasha Romanus: No. ::Her voice was a monotone, and quiet to a degree that her distaste was almost a physical thing. She was getting dangerously close to losing whatever shred of temper she had left. Her hand slid beneath the skirt of her dress to clutch the razor sharp blade she concealed there::

Akasha Romanus: Maim him...it'll be more fun...

The rude little man had by now stalked off all pissy like, and muttered something about Tiphy and Kasha being nothing more than drunken wenches... funny how neither of them have the capacity to get drunk though... moron..

Tiph Nightshade: If I maim too hard and he dies... it's not my fault.. ::She sat up a bit, setting her feet back on the floor and drawing her blades, one into each hand.. waiting to discern whether it was worth her time or not..::

And just when I was all ready to have Tiphy maim and/or kill.. (they're both fun) the cowardly mun of rude insulting man said "I don't fight females" and proved himself a sexist pig. So hence Tiphy's soon apparent annoyance; I didn't want to waste my time if he wasn't going to fight back.

Akasha Romanus: ::She almost decided to pay him no further attention. It seemed he had understood despite his low brain capacity, something Akasha was actually somewhat disappointed about. She had felt a little violence would do her and Tiph some good, at least take their minds of the dismal situation. As she saw Tiph rise, a grin, an actual genuine grin spread across her finely boned features and she nodded, quite happy whether he die or not::

Tiph Nightshade: ::Tiphareth snorted and sat back, annoyed. She smirked lightly and figured he would have fallen too quickly anyway.. But the amusement soon vanished as she found herself bored once again.. with nothing to kill... again.. such was her torment lately.. too much pent up aggression and no one to spend it on. She scowled and a dark look settled on her delicate features as she sat back down, throwing the Masamune to the side, faintly grinning as they sunk, deeply embedded into the wall:: Oops...

Tiph Nightshade: ::She looked at the katanas protruding from the wall for a short moment.. but that little problem was easily remedied, and this she knew, so she turned back to Akasha, faking a pout:: Why do they love to tease me... spineless little ::She went off, grumbling something so foul that she could only have picked it up from Darrian about what she thought of the "man" who had disappointed her just now:: It would have kept me busy for at least a minute or two..

Akasha Romanus: ::She smiled faintly at Tiphareth, then gave a little shrug as she sat back down. She had considered going after the vile creature herself, but seeing Tiph had resigned herself to boredom, she lost the spirit for the fight and slumped down again too. Her eyes slid across the room slowly...and fastened onto something hideous...::

Right here abouts, Akasha is staring at the entrance of a 5 year old boy, devilish little son of Thalla Verdaline actually... I didn't log the post of his entrance though... can you tell I did a crappy job of logging this RP? x.x;;

Akasha Romanus: ::It seemed that a shudder, a violent shudder suddenly wracked her fragile body, and her dark eyes widened with a look that was rarely, if ever upon the ancient creatures face. A child in the room...what the hell was a child doing here? It was a damn tavern not a nursery. She bit her lip and looked away suddenly, unable to look at it without panicking::

Tiph Nightshade: ::She crossed her arms over her chest and sat, seething silently and becoming more restless with each passing moment... a bit on edge it seemed, these days especially.. She turned to the bar, and got up with pure fluid of motion, and picked up a large bottle of Smirnoffs from behind the counter, and a shot glass. Striding back to her table she retook her seat and looked at Akasha curiously, while pouring herself a shot:: Are you alright?

Akasha Romanus: ::She opened her mouth as if to speak, and her usually fluid, perfectly cultured voice actually became a stammer:: There's a..a.. ch...chi... ::She clamped her lips back together as the shaking increased, her enormous black wings fanning out and trembling terribly. To look at her anyone would have thought she were about to face her doom:: Tiph...kill it...

Tiph Nightshade: ::She widened her eyes slightly and her mouth even fell open a tad..:: Kill that? Some little kid? What the hell for? ::She settled back into her seat, all too ready to hear the explanation for that odd little request.. killing children was not something she usually got all that giddy about but when there was a legitimate reason.. Tiphareth would do just about anything::

Akasha Romanus: ::She scrambled upright, knocking the chair she had been sitting on to the floor and backing hastily to the wall. Her heart, usually beating at a sluggish pace was hammering in her chest, and a thin sheen of blood sweat had broken out on the ivory skin of her brow:: Don't let it anywhere near me...::Already the memories were starting to flood back, and she clamped her hands over her ears suddenly::

Tiph Nightshade: I won't let it over here.. don't worry.. ::She was a bit baffled but feeling like she could at least try to calm her down a bit, she hopped onto the table and stretched out a sympathetic hand. Obviously there was something behind this fear of children but she didn't press the issue, only gently hushing her friend.. less than liking to see her so uncomfortable::

Akasha Romanus: ::She swallowed noisily, trying to calm her breathing and reached out hesitantly to clutch Tiph's hand before moving back to her seat and moving it upright without touching it...TK was useful for more that hurting people. Her eyes were laced over with a tiny lattice work of blood-vessels, as they always were when she panicked or became angered:: S...ss, sorry.

TK is for telekenesis, not the lameass dead guild, Teenage Knights, in case you were wondering

Tiph Nightshade: ::Insanely curious, but forcing herself not to ask, as in all likelihood it would only upset her further, she only nodded and squeezed her hand lightly, crossing her legs beneath her and sitting down on top of the table. She ruffled her massive wings violently, a column of feathers showering down as result.. how fun it was to molt.. She snatched up her shot glass with the free hand and drank it down in one gulp before any fluff or feathers got into it::

Naughty little Logan Verdaline was by now staring at Akasha... and of course..-_-;; Mary was too stupid to log that post.. but soon I wake from my stupor so have patience..

Akasha Romanus: ::A flood of Latin suddenly flew from her pale, bloodless lips and she clenched her eyes tightly, shut, refusing to meet the gaze of the boy, but finding no sanctuary even then. It seemed the insides of her eyelids were almost like little viewing screens upon which her memories were played, and it was a bloodbath of red:: I don't want to kill anymore of them

Logan Verdaline: ::He slowly made his way into a steady walk towards the two vampiric women that were freaking out about his presence in such a place, he stopped right in front of Akasha the one that had been shaking, those dark crimson eyes focused fully upon her, he was practically fearless, the way his mother had been all these centuries, he then spoke in almost a whisper:: Lady are you ok?

Tiphy is neither vampiric nor freaking out in any way over the presence of the kid.. only a bit nervous about how it was going to affect Akasha if anything

Tiph Nightshade: ::She blinked and slowly poured herself another shot, gulping it down as if there were no tomorrow.. she could sit here and down the vodka for a month straight, hell, for a whole year and never feel the effects of it.. being a Jenova hybrid has it's disadvantages... She set the empty glass down on the table and looked curiously over Akasha... a bit at a loss as to how to calm her down. She yelped a little and snatched up the boy and hauled him over to the far corner quicker than could be seen before Akasha freaked out anymore::

Logan Verdaline: ::He was reluctantly snatched into the arms of the woman's friend and drug off to the opposite side of the room, he looked up blankly at the woman who had done so to him, he was now very confused at what was happening, he didn't say a thing though...he was more of the quiet type::

Akasha Romanus: ::Her eyes snapped open as she sensed the boy so close, and she utterly froze in the seat, her heart stopping it's abominable pounding to freeze for an instant. Her teeth were clenched so tightly together that her jaw muscles were strained and apparent, and her hands on the arms of the chair clutched the wood so tightly that it snapped noisily, splintering and piercing the palms of her hands::

Tiph Nightshade: ::She set him down and looked at him with a deathly serious expression, though her voice was eerily gentle:: Listen to me, ok little one.. I think it best if you stay Far Far away from my friend, alright? She less than tolerates children, though I am not really sure why... ::She patted his head lightly and waited expectantly:: Ok?

Logan Verdaline: Can I have some candy? ::He looked up towards this woman with slight curiosity glinting in his eyes, he loved candy like all kids his age did, his other hand remained in it's respective pocket, a small smile was still upon his face::

Akasha Romanus: ::Ever so slowly, she relaxed, letting out her breath slowly before she slumped backwards into the seat, one hand moving to her chest where her heart would be as it reluctantly began pumping again. She gave Tiph a grateful smile...there was no way she could realize just how big a favor she had done for the vampiress::

Tiph Nightshade: ::She furrowed up her brow..:: If you promise to stay away from Kasha.. I will give you a magic bag that will never run out of candy.. alright? ::She looked back uneasily at Akasha and then back to the boy in front of her::

Akasha Romanus: ::Slowly she brought her toned, slender legs up, her feet on the edge of the seat and her knees tight against her chest. Those dark wings, sleek and somewhat bedewed from the showers she had passed through to reach the tavern curled around her almost like a screen, so that all that was visible of her was her face and neck::

-_-.... Didn't log it but Logan asked Tiphy "Really?" no doubt in disbelief that there was such a thing as the never ending bag of candy that she was teasing him with in exchange for his good behavior.

Tiph Nightshade: Really. ::She nodded, all too serious.:: Promise me you'll be a good boy, and stay away from Kasha, and it's yours.. ::She drew a soft leather pouch from her pocket and dangled it in front of his face before snatching it and hiding it behind her back:: Promise and you can have it..

Logan Verdaline: Nah, I want a machine gun...like on T.V. ::He jumped up and down at his own mention of a machine gun, he had always wanted one for some odd reason, his hands were extended sky wards and curled and uncurled from little fists quickly::

Tiph Nightshade: Ok then.. no candy for you.. sorry. ::Tiphy sighed and strode back to her table a bit tiredly, her steps slow. She flashed concern filled eyes to Akasha and sat back down::

Logan Verdaline: ::He offered a slight shrug of his shoulders and continued over to where Akasha was, he was still curious about her...and since he wasn't getting any candy he wasn't satisfied, he then finally stopped before where she sat once again and just stared blankly up at Akasha with those crimson eyes, his hands returned into their pockets, his voice was now a whisper:: Hello?

Tiph Nightshade: ::She rolled her eyes a little:: Brats.. I hope to god Damian never acts like that.. Ack!! ::she snatched him up again and set him down in the same corner::

Akasha Romanus: ::She was about ready to have a nervous breakdown... either that or something worse. Akasha on a massacre was not a pretty sight, and neither was the heap of corpses she would leave behind. She was getting almost desperate at this point, her hands bleeding profusely from huge shards of wood in her palms::

Tiph Nightshade: ::She was out of patience now and made quick work of his constant wandering over to harass Akasha by tying him up to a chair.. it was for his own good really. She made the knots more than tight enough to hold him in place, though not enough to cause much pain, and shook her head sadly at him, not saying a word as she turned and went back to Akasha::

Logan Verdaline: ::He looked up at the woman that had hauled him off once again to the that now familiar corner, a small blank look was plain about his face, he sat there tied to a bar chair without little thought about it, suddenly he began a series of thrusts up and down and forwards in Akasha's direction, with him yelling at the top of his lungs:: HEY LADY!
