Leash Laws Prejudicial
 

    A leash is an anti-social device .
It causes many dogs to be more aggressive toward other dogs , and sometimes even toward people , and the shorter the leash the greater the danger .
Delinquent dogs must be taught to behave , not simply restrained or be forced to avoid other dogs , as this will cause them to dislike each other .
For dogs to be physically and mentally healthy and friendly , they must be socalized with animals of all species , including humans .
A dog can not play with children and other dogs , play ball , swim , and enjoy life if constantly kept on a leash .
The only place these activities can be enjoyed , is in a park , away from congested areas and traffic , and off the leash .

                Dogs in Apartments

      Foster Surrogate Parents of Adopted Surrogate Children ( dogs ) are also tax-payers and therefore , they , and their dogs have an equal right to live in apartment buildings and enjoy the public parks .
When management of apartment buildings and parks are not sufficiently competent to catch the guilty people or
dogs , they  attempt to restrict the activities of all ,
innocent , dogs and harass , intimidate and/or fine the masters of dogs that are Under Control while off their leashes , to make it look as if they are performing a service for society .
When in reality , they are Creating more problems than they are eliminating .
They are perpetuators of dscrimination and hatred , as the masters of dogs are looked upon as if they are committing an indecent act in public and their dogs as if they have some horrible social disease and they spend the majority of their lives biting people and spreading diseases .
With so many prevalent social diseases in our society it is much safer these days , to kiss a dog than to kiss a human .
