How nice was that toy to play with!

I carefully put her in my palm, or took her by my thumb and index finger, moving her back and forth, and all ways around; envisaging a scene in a play, as if a real thing was slowly flying by in friendly company with myself.

It was a beautiful piece of art, an impressive result of of dozens hours of precise and meticulous work by human hands.
