As a few other points of interest.......for those who may not have heard. Mistress C and the Kabal were in force and about town at this past gather. One of their goals while in town was to reclaim a magical blade which Rammox claimed was his. Unfortunately, when they came for the blade it was in the possession of my travelling companion Titania. They found her and took the blade from her, and although I do not believe that she was severely harmed in this initial confrontation, Rammox has sworn revenge on her for taking the blade in the first place. I don't know if Mistress C and the Kabal had any other agenda while in town, but if they did you can rest assured that it does not bode well for us.
There was also a new Vampire in town, I know this because he charmed me. He never gave his name, but he was asking about the various other notable baddies in town, Karvecki, Mistress C, The Kabal,......etc. Thankfully, through the assistance of the Ashertons, I was freed from his control. He was beaten down and turned to mist to flee the area.
One last bit of info, the city of Grienkala which was reclaimed this past gather, or at least I believe that is the name of it, just so happens to be next to the territory of the King of the Scorpions. He and his spokesman Joshua (a scorpion scavenger) came to town in attempt to negotiate a truce between our peoples. Baron Kinieda led these negotiations, and as it stands, I belive the agreement is that we will not attack the scorpions, spiders, or other arachnids, unless we are attacked first, or are informed otherwise. I do not know if His Excellency the Viscount has endorsed this truce. However, I myself will act as such until I am told otherwise. Anyone have any other thoughts or comments about the gather?
