Preventing is Better Then Treatening

 

 

We are forget that there is high comfortable that must be kept by our. We often forget it and need it when

 we lose it. It’s HEALTHY

We feeling to need it when we sick. Therefore, Prefenting better then Treatning

There are two kinds of healthy. Both are body and soul healties. Keep body healties can be done with doing :Save and arrange what we eat (choose healthy food and drink), do sport regularly and have an enough resting.

To our soul we must not forget save our soul from negative thinking. We often calmly and be patient.

We must believe for love of God.

 

TIPS

Much of diseases come from Stomach. It’s caused by any foods and drinks what we eat averyday. Remember that stomach is not place for rubbish. We often forget it.

Keep Stomach — only eat when hungry, arrange contents stomach that 1/3 for food, 1/3 for drink and 1/3 for air.
