Facts: I've searched around and strangely enough, some sites say that the seiyuu of Kouga is Matsuno Taiki while others say its Matsunobu Taki... The two names are similar... Matsunobu Taki seems to be fairly unknown, and info is hard to find. However, Matsuno Taiki is a different story. Heres some of the info on the mysterious seiyuu;
