suspicious that their drinks contained the euphoria dr~gs. The bar also could screen out persons who ~t~re not suseptable to control and such as straight and religious teachers, who would be aware of the negative God atmosphere createrl by the death of people's minds.

According to Bergen County D.E.A. there were funes associated with the product ion of these drugs which were poison and could Fe~sons which blocks of the iaboratory, this was said by a friend of the

landlord that "the funes ~n~re so strong that people in the street WOUld ~come int0)ticated," It is for this reason the 'insomuch" the town hall is well within this disaster zone that the town be declared a federal disaster and a new administration is need here. A Mrshal plane is being discussed with Cornell Koenig Bergen county civil defense.

The drug enforce~nt Agency (D.E.A.) investigator Lawrence McEllyn said "The house was being used a meeting pracf for the New Jersey Chapter of N.O.R.M.G. ...The only other one I recall was in Philadelphia.. .They're more corrmon out west, esp~cial?y in California and Texas." The people of New Jersey will fight this conspiracy which this case is a part of NEGLIGENCE` will not be an excuse for lack of duty when "High Treason" is involved.

The fact is that the Fair Lawn Police department stated by their Chief 'We certainly didn't have any prior knowledge o; it" is alarming because the laboratory and rr~eting place was within feet of the town hall. The possibility that the police who are common drinkers at the local bars may themselves be either part of the conspiracy or just dosed out by the drug bartenders who run a non food bars. In particular is the Dutch house which has been already accused of racketeering and the scene of many county investigator drug arrests also a bar called the Maple Inn.

The fact that plaintiff, Philip Belpasso filed a ccPnplaint with the superior court of New Jersey on February 3, 1987, this corrq~laint states that the Dutch House Bar of Corrupt Organization and Racketeering. Also the plain'-iff filed the cor~laints to the local court to bring the bartender and the manager in front of a court. However is the fact that the Judge Allan Harris the town magistrate is in an association with the owner of the Dutch House bar the judge who attends this bar also been administered a drug dose tri the conspirators this would give then arrp~le protection to conduct their meetings and destroy the state. Also the rr~nager of t~e Dutch House bar lives in the area near Rin~p~ood Ave. where the Wanaque police stopped two of the cult m2mbers putting drugs into the water supply.

Also at the tirn~ of the raid of the ns~eting plac~ doclrments were taken out and no other rrembers were apprehended as if the courts tipped the meeting place about the federal investigation. Judge which would have to sign the search warrant is in a financial association with the bar owner could may have told of the search warrant This practice was the greatest problem in the twenties whe~ federal agents

would have their efforts curtailed be locals to prote_t people who were involved with the production alcohol.

It fact that the Judge attended the bar which is ~nown by County D.E.A. as drug dealers business mfeting place is susFicious to his be involved willingly or not with the euphoria drug a drlg whicb can be administered like ether by vapor. And at the tirn~ of :he hearing the laboratory was in production and there was a bomb in the court room which meant we all had to leave the room empty. The plaintiff and others notice a strong odor after the bomb treat whici could have been the intoxication of the air in the court room. In fact the notice that his own dialogue the night of the hearing was lackine of his usual wit.

Within the last year 1988 the town of Fair Lawn ~as been involved with a miniNlm of four homicides all can be related to the drug operation, suicides by young men who had taken the d--g told it was cocaine and killed himself in the garage with the car furres his brother was a bartender in the Maple Inn, within bloc~s of the cult m~eting place. Another death where a Fair Lawn resident was found hanged from a tree in the county park within feet of ny mother's house. The cold blooded murder of a landlord by a dr~7 crazed r~pn blocks from the Maple Inn and cult meeting placP, the body of said victim was left in the bascn~nt of the house till the odor make neighbors suspicious. The cold bloa~ed murder of a Fair Lawn m~n by two out of state people wl~o meet the victim a block ~ay from the cult meeting place then took and shoot him in the head. In the Dutch House a n~n was cut across the face by a drug crazed ~n i-. a case which when to the grand jury.

It is fact that the town of Fair Lawn plead negligence to being the horre of clandestine drug laboratory and headqilartzrs for a national conspiracy. However said town had be complained to which a copy of a filed superior complaint by plaintiff. Who ·Jas then discriminated against as problem for the town and be·ten by the drug crazed cult ~mbers and persecuted by the intoxi·~te~ authorities.

Five day before this writing plaintiff was assaulted by being struck in the head by a drug crazed person and at this tir~ the head of plaintiff is injured. More exanales of filed intinidations are plaintiff's residence being burglarized while mother age eighty years old was home, plaintiff assaulted by a person who ~s involved with Dutch House bar, Plaintiff assaulted and almost incirt·rated by drug using cult members. Because at the tirr~ the authorit~· were either willfully or induced with drugs the co?irts would never act on my complaints but accepted lies as testimony and take t-.~ side of the drug crazed bar cult people.

These action of the people and the authorities ts intimidate, physically and brutalizing the plaintiff who was and is a witness for
