1. Activity/activities must be available for all members to participate in except Council.
2. The request must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
3. The idea/activity must be completely planned out and outlined before submitting it to council. In other words, the Council should not have to "plan" the event at all.
4. A proposed budget must be submitted. If Council approves sponsorship, the guild will pay for half of the event. The proposer must pay the remaining half.
5. If items are to be given away, a complete itemized list must be submitted.
6. The Council must have one person as the Contact Person in case questions need to be asked.
7. The Guild will sponsor a maximum of TWO activities per month. These will be chosen on a first come, first served basis.
8. The Council has the right to deny any proposal.
9. The Council will provide a Community calendar for members to see how many and what activities are planned for the month.
10. I, Lynettepretorius, will be responsible for receiving all proposals, presenting them to Council, and then relaying Council's decision back to the proposor.
11. All items and NP collected/gathered/donated for this event will be kept in a guild account for safe-keeping.
12. The proposer CAN ask for donations, provided they are kept at the guild account. Donations to this cause WILL count towards promotions.
13. Members will be provided a form to fill out for submission of proposal. (See questions for form on the next page.)
