Gilbert Kent is Sakuya Aizawa illegitimate half brother. He does not look Japanese because of his brown curly hair and dark complexion, but he looks similar to his sister. After Nagi's grandfather announced a condition in order to inherit the Sanzen'in fortune, he quickly begins to pursue the fortune, even begging for it. However, Hayate easily stops him from hurting Nagi and getting the inheritance. He later receives a machine fitted with Eight's old operating system from Shiori Makimura whom he refers to as a mad scientist to help on his pursuit to get the assets by convincing Nagi to test Hayate's love for her, landing herself in danger in the process. Gilbert strikes again at the third time now directly attacking Hayate since the terms of getting the assets has been changed. Just by defeating Hayate, he would get the assets. But he is to be defeated by the resourceful Hayate again.
