Himuro Saeki is the combat butler of the Ookouchi family. He is seen smelling a single rose or reading a book with his master throwing rose petals behind him. Himuro loves money more than anything in the world but he does not try to gain the Sanzen'in inheritance because he already has his master's money. Himuro robs Hayate of his necktie in their first meeting so Hayate gives him the nickname "necktie man" & "prince necktie".

Like Klaus, he throws roses like daggers. He is very agile and is able to stand on the side of trees. His ultimate attack is unknown. He kept saying that combat butlers like himself should be teaching their masters how to be better men in their lives instead of merely obeying every order they have for them. Because of this, he is always seen bullying Taiga, ordering him around to do his bidding. He is always seen depicting himself as someone who did not care about his master at all unlike Kaede. He participated in the Hakuou Academy Butler Battle Tournament, advancing into the semifinals, only to surrender to Hayate because Taiga needs him to save him from a possible dog attack.
