Thailand (Bangkok) 1994

My first overseas trip with kelvin to Bangkok to look for Nopchai. The plan was rather hasty as we only sent Nop an express mail to inform him, then we booked & took the cheap Parkistan Airlines 4 days later there. Without even sure if Nop knows we're coming! That makes the whole thing exciting, we don't have his phone number, only his address which he gave us a long time ago, oh man, what are we going to do if he doesn't shows up at the arrival hall. Luckily, we saw him once we stepped out of the custom, welcomed us with a big hug.

South Africa (Cape Town) 1997

Forced to go there by RSAF when I was an serving the NS

The scenery there was fabulous, mountains everywhere & alot of 'Anmohs' also, the showgirls there gan chio ah, only pay S$10 entrance fee & got free drink somemore . The trip was fucking relax & totally like a holiday trip. Everyday do nothing, stay in holiday chalets ,eat european style buffet, got sauna, pool tables, wine bars & serviced by qio anmohs . Wow feel like in paradise.

I swear that this scene is damn beautiful , the lights coming out from the clouds & the super long stretch of road seems to be leading me to the lights. Taken this photo when I was driving to the training ground in the morning, too bad my camera was lousy & the photo doesn't appear good.

Australia (Rockhamton) 2000

Again forced to go overseas exercise, but this time I went as a reservist. It was a fucking siong trip, unlike South Africa. Stay in jungle and eat fuckup rations, totally nightmare. But most challenging part is driving my weapon mounted 1.5Ton up an almost 45degrees hill to deploy. Feel like my lum pa chee dropping out when driving up.

Indonesia (Batam Island) 2000

WE went to Batam & celebrated Christmas there, quite fun la but kan expensive ah. Everything is expensive inside the resort except the shopping centres in town, everything in town is gan cheap. The night on christmas eve, we planned to drink through the night as celebration, but everybody fell asleep after watching a channel 8 stupid movie, what a so call celebrate...
