This morning Labarador is contemplative
Women sit quietly on stone benches
Reflecting, reading, writing, dreaming
Or weave quiet movements of Taiqi
On the jetty fishermen with their rods
The waves crash on rocks lulling,
unceasingly, this morning
There is Peace in the Park.

Strong winds whipping
Harsh rains pelting
Leaves n branches lashing
I am invigorated
By the storm in the Park
