Payment Options


Singapore Local Bank Funds Transfer


We accept payment through Singapore local bank transfer. Upon confirmation of orders, we will provide you with our designated POSB SAVINGS account. You may then pay through either Internet Banking Fund transfer option provided by local banks, or ATMs with Fund Transfer options.


Transferring money can now be done instantly. Just log on to your Internet Banking and you can easily transfer money either to any 3rd party account. It does not matter whether it is a DBS/POSB or another bank accounts. Transfers can now be done immediately between DBS and POSB accounts. However, please note that fund transfer application are usually not available from 12 midnight to 3.30am daily as DBS/POSB Bank does its daily maintenance.


The payment is to be made within 3 days from the end of auction. Please note that if payment is not received within the time frame stated, your bid(s) will be automatically cancelled. Please email us once payment have been made. Upon receipt of payment, items will be dispatch within 5 business days.


Shipping & Delivery Charges

Local Shipping (within Singapore only)

We send our items through Singapore Post by Unregistered (Normal) Mail by default. You may select Registered Mail at an additional of S$2.25.

  • What is Unregistered (Normal) Mail?
    Normal mail is whereby the postman simply drop-off the package into your letterbox; and there is no way to track the package if it gets lost or mis-directed. Should normal mail option be chosen, please note that we will not be held responsible for items lost/damaged through normal mail. Our responsibility ends upon posting out of item.
  • What is Registered Mail?
    Registration service provides a means to ensure delivery of the article to the addressee, as the addressee has to acknowledge receipt of the registered article.
  • Why use Registered Mail?
    This service is ideal for confidential or important items that require special handling, processing and accountability. Registered mail is optional but highly recommended.

Singpost Local Unregistered Mail
  • We charge a rate between S$1.00-S$3.00 for delivery within Singapore via unregistered (normal) mail depending on the weight of the item(s).

  • Please allow Singpost to deliver your order in 3 to 5 working days.

Singpost Local Registered Mail
  • Registered mail is optional but highly recommended.

  • Please allow Singpost to deliver your order in 3 to 5 working days.

  • Singpost will deliver the registered parcel to your doorstep. If you are not available to receive, Singpost will leave a note for you to collect at the nearest Post Office.

Order Tracking (for Singpost Local Registered Mail Only)

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a registered article number and month/year. You may track your order online at

If you did not receive the registered article number within 5 days after your payment, please email us with the auction ID number and we would get back to you shortly.

Exchanges and Refunds

All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless otherwise specifies.

What if I opt for Normal mail and it gets lost/damaged?

We will not be responsible for the mails once it leaves our hand (e.g. lost mails, damaged mails) and therefore we will not entertain any request for refunds for lost/damaged mails. Our responsibility ends at the post office.

We ship all our items with care. Fragile items are protected by tissue papers and bubble wraps to prevent scratches and getting smashed during handling, with clearly written address and return address before we ship it out.

Please note that we take pride in our products and strive to serve you as best as we can. Therefore items are carefully checked and examined before we send it.

Every effort is made to ensure that the pictures of our products shown are accurate representations of the actual items. However, we cannot guarantee that there will not be slight variations in color, design and size. Product measurements given are only approximate. The color of the products may also vary slightly from that observed in the pictures shown. Because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
