This tweaking utility used to be found on all Windows CD. However, after Win98, this utility seemed to have gone missing.

Although this utility is made by Microsoft, they don't seem to provide any support and you're to use this at your own risk. However, it's a useful tweaking utility... This utility works on all Win95/98/98SE/ME . These are the only systems that I have tested it on.

To install, right-click on the tweakui.inf file and choose Install.
