1) PRICES
- All Prices are FIXED and NON-NEGOTIABLE unless stated or During Promotional Period
- STRICTLY No MEET-UPS
2) PAYMENT METHODS
- We accept Payment Methods of ATM/Internet Banking Services to POSB or OCBC Account & PAYPAL (For Local or International Buyers)
3) ORDER PROCEDURE
- Payments must be made within 3 days from the DATE OF ORDER OR BIDDING if not your Order will be cancelled without prior notice
- Kindly email us once you have transferred the payment and indicate the reference no for easy checking.
- If we did not received your payment after 3 days, a neutral ratings & a reminder email will be given. A bad rating will be given after 8 days and blacklisted at our end. Any member/vip will be forfeited as well.
4) DELIVERY SERVICES
- Pls note that we will not responsible for the loss of goods in transit due to Singpost's errors or during Normal Mailing. Hence, Registered Mail is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
a) Normal Mail: S$1 - S$1.50 (1-3piece Clothings less than 450g) S$1.80 - S$2.50 (More than 450g)
b) Registered Postage: From S$3.20 - S$6 (Depending the weight and the sizes of the items)
C) SpeedPost Service: S$9 (Below 3KG of Items) Items will be delivered within the same day before 6pm.
5) DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- After payment is verify and confirm, we will process it within 3 working days
5) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- eFS will refund the amount paid by customer if the order is cancelled due to availability of goods or cancellation of shipment over at our supplier/factory side
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by customer
6) REFUNDS
- All Sales are final and its non-refundable & exchangeble, we will check thorougly for defects before the goods are sent out
