Unfortunately for the Lizardmen, the weather
rolled was a thunderstorm.
Deployment:

Turn
1:
The chaos started cautiously holding their ground
as they are the ones defending, but got off to a bad start
as the raging storm sent bolt after bolt of lightning down
onto the battlefield causing 2 wounds on the chaos spawn.
The spawn turned around in an attempt to drive the Chameleon
Skinks away while the Hounds moved forward. The sorceror
casted 2nd sign but the thunder bolt was dispelled
by the Shaman general with his scroll.
The storm got worse and struck down 4 Skink Skirmishers
in the marsh. Despite the Shaman’s shouts that it was only
lightning that struck by accident, the already cowardly
Skinks made even more jittery then usual by the roaring
thunder, lost their nerves and ran towards the table edge,
dragging the Shaman along with them! The Chameleons, afraid
of the unpredictable Spawns, moved to safety beside the
Chaos Hounds while the rest of the army advanced full speed
forwards. The general, who recently just mastered the art
of bringing down the stars, attempted to bring one down
to crush his enemies, but out came a scroll to thwart his
plans.

Turn
2:
The storm was about to reach its climax and down
came more bolts of lightning, striking the Chaos Warriors
who were saved by their tough and durable armour of chaos.
The Skink Shaman was made to eat his words when his unit
of fleeing Skinks were struck once again by lightning! The
Spawns suddenly seemed to have lost energy as they now started
to crawl slowly, inching their way forward. The Warriors
moved further back into the sparse woods and out of sight
of 1 Salamander. Even with the combined might of 3 Sorcerers,
they only managed a miserable Thunder Bolt that did 1 wound
on the Kroxigors.
The storm was reaching its climax and zapped the
other unit of Skinks, frying 5 of them. After shouting himself
hoarse, the Skinks finally realised that the lightning was
not caused by the opponents and decided to listen to the
Shaman for now. The Chameleons stayed put while the rest
advanced steadily forward. The Shamans tried their best
but were no match for the 3 sorcerers. The Skinks however,
were very accurate in shooting their projectiles and felled
3 Hounds and 2 Warriors, with the hounds running away with
tails between their legs.

Turn
3:
Whoever says it’s 3rd
time lucky obviously doesn’t knows what he’s talking
about. The Skinks that rallied the previous turn got struck
by lightning once again. Seeing how luck was against them,
the fed up Shaman led his 6 remaining Skinks off the battlefield
in disgust to prevent them from being totally wiped out.
The cowardly Hounds took 1 look at the Lizardmen forces
in front of them and turned tail in the opposite direction.
The Spawn seeing no one near them, crawled slowly. The sorcerers
tried casting spells but the storm drained energy away from
them instead.
The
lightning seemed to be attracted to Lizards and blasted
1 Skink herder to dust. Everyone moved into position to
shoot while the non-too-bright Kroxigors finally decided
on where they wanted to go after much contemplation. The
Chameleons finished off the cowardly Hounds with their blowpipes.

Turn
4:
More disaster awaited the Lizardmen as lightning
struck once more on the remaining unit of Skinks. After
seeing their compatriots being struck down by the fiercest
lightning ever, they lost their senses (even the General),
and started fleeing, thinking that all was lost as even
the heavens were against them. The Spawns crawled ever so
slowly that they were hardly moving at all! The sorcerer
finally mustered enough courage to peek through the woods,
and seeing the Chameleons, blasted them with the Storm of
Chronos, killing more than 1/3 of them. Seeing nearly all
their numbers gone, the Chameleons decided it’s better to
live to fight another day and promptly ran off the table.
More lightning struck as 2 Skink herders felled and
a Kroxigor suffered another wound. The Shaman, unable to
stop his Skinks from going berserk, followed them off the
table. Seeing that half the army was gone, the Kroxigors
and Salamanders prepared themselves for charge.

Turn
5:
The storm was finally starting to subside and no
lightning struck. The Chaos just stood there, awaiting the
charge of the Kroxigors, hoping to weaken them significantly
with magic. But due to mix up of the magical energies, the
Sorcerers were confused and thus could not cast.
The Kroxigors cackled with glee as they, together
with both units of Salamanders charged the Chaos Warriors.
Not wanting to face the death-dealing Kroxigors, they decided
to flee and off the board they went. Better to live and
fight another day.
Turn
6:
The Spawns who were the only troops left, tried to
move out of the Kroxigors charge arc but were too slow.
But luckily for them, lightning struck on the last
turn of the game and killed one of them and a Salamander,
thus making the last model out of the Kroxigors charge arc
and forcing a draw.
