1. The principal will be sending out a letter to all parents. If you do not receive the letter by Friday 11 April 2003, please contact the school office.

2. The Young Investigators Day rescheduled on 17/4 will now be postponed. Date will be announced later.

3. The P4 Meet Parents Session rescheduled on 12/4 has been postponed to a date to be decided later on. The school will issue out another letter when pupils return to school.

4. The School Anniversary Dinner rescheduled on 26/4 will be postponed to May. Parents who have booked the tickets and are now unable to make it due to prior commitment will be refunded the money.

5. The SA1 will now be shifted 1 week back to allow teachers to teach the syllabus to be covered during this period of the closure of school.

6. All other activities such as camp, competitions etc will be rescheduled and pupils will be informed about them .

7. The China Immersion Programme in June has been cancelled for this year due to the situation in China . The shorter June holiday has also affected the plan.

8. We are reviewing the Homestay programme in Japan too. Mr Lim, our principal will be e-mailing Mr Naito, the principal of Hojohigashi about it and will let parents know the alternative arrangement.

9. P2 to P6 pupils are encouraged to go to MoreatOnce website to have on-line learning throughout this period when school is closed.

10. Worksheets for P1 pupils will be mailed to pupils’ homes. Pupils are to do the worksheets which are to be handed to the teachers when they return.
