Trinity Hall

This is the hall of the Trinity Of Purity.(San Qing) The three Gods are the incarnation or simply the transformation of the natural divine force(qi) called the Tao.-The main belief in Taoism. They appeared in a god-like form because of the karmic relation living beings created. For thousands of years, living being create bad karma, sins and through ignorance, greed and anger. Thus the bad karma had created a relation with the Tao and cause the Tao to appear in God- like form to preach and save all beings. Be it the deities, ausras, humans, animals, ghosts, or hell-beings. The three of them are -Celestial Lord Of Creations (Yuan Shi Tian Zun), Celestial Lord Of Spiritual Treasure (Ling Bao Tian Zun) and Celestial Lord Of Virtue/ Supreme Patriarch Of Taoism Lord Lao Zi (Tai Shang Lao Jun). They dwell on the highest three level of the heaven, which consist of 36 level. Other deities lived in the lowest 28 level of the heaven. The remaining 5 levels are for deites, or any other beings mentioned earlier, that have attain the holy Tao and no longer be control by the birth cycle( reincarnations), because the 28 levels of the heaven are still under the birth cycle. That is why the Trinity and Buddha in Buddhism preach not only to humans, but also other beings like deities, hell beings, ghost ,ausra(semi-devil gods) and even animals.

Celestial Lord Of Spiritual Treasure. He represent the holy teachings in the Trinity while the Celestial Lord of Creations represent the Tao and Celestial Lord Of Virtue represent Lao Zi. The Patiarch that is the incarnation of Tao. Celestial Lord Of Virtue and Lao Zi is the same person and thus Lao Zi, the historical figure that lived during ancient China is the incarnation of Tao and one of the Trinity.

Celestial Lord Of Creations. He exist EVERYWHERE and EVERYTIME. It is also the same for the other two Lords in the Trinity.

Celestial Lord Of Virtue/ Supreme Patriarch Of Virtue Lord Lao Zi. Lao Zi was a man that lived in the Zhou dynasty in ancient China over 2500 years ago. Came out with a great thinking and founded Taoism. He left the famous 'Dao De Jing/ Tao Te Ching. Or simply called the Book Of Tao And Virtue. The holy scripture in Taoism. Make it a point to pray to the Trinity daily now!

Hall Of Jade Emperor

Here, you find some famous deities to help you solve your problems. Lord Guan(you will see him later as you browse down), the  Devil Slayer and God Of War is a all-rounded deity. He was enlightened by a Buddhist Monk after his death and became a Guardian deity in both Taoism and Buddhism. Jade Emperor(Yu Huang Shang Di). A prince in another world. He was devoted to Taoism and learned the Tao. After countless time, he finally gained immortality and promote to Jade Emperor because of hs great cultivation and good deeds. As a heavenly Emperor, he even bowed down to respect Lord Buddha and learn Buddhism. Cos he feel Taoism and  Buddhism have the same teachings,up to almost 95%. What a humble and benevolence god of all gods! He vowed to protect all Taoist and Buddhist out of respect for these two religion.

Great Benevolence Lord Tai Yi. A benevolence respected deity in heaven that  vowed to eliminate all sufferings of all beings. He put extra effort in saving the beings in hell and lead the death to heaven or reincarnate to a better life form like Human or Deity. So those who wish to pray for the passed away, dedicate your prayers to Lord Tai Yi!

Jade Emperor (Yu Huang Shang Di). God of all gods. Emperor of all time.

Marvellous Physcian Lord Bao Sheng. A great deity. In the past he was a Taoist priest and also a great physcian. Help to cure his fellow villagers and exorcist evil spirits.The word "Bao Sheng" in chinese pratically mean "guranttee you alive". Those who are sick pray to him!

Lord Guan Hall

Now, many of our fellow Taoist friends, do not really know how to pray, even some do not even know that they have the ablity to pray! They thought only Christians, Muslims and other religion pray while Taoist no need. However, the fact is ...Taoist NEED to pray! The reason we are Taoist cos we believe in Lord Lao Zi teachings on the way of Tao and pay respect to Buddhas and Taoist Deities who follow the Tao. Thus, we must comunicate to the deities and the Tao. So that they guide us in our life. If not, we will be a lost lamb. Start your daily prayers by praying every morning and before bed. Start by reciting the holy names of the Trinity. >Celestial Lord Of Creations(Yuan Shi Tian Zun) >Celestial Lord Of Spiritual Treasure(Ling Bao Tian Zun) >Celestial Lord Of Virtue Lord Lao Zi(Dao De Tian Zun) Then, simply pray and say what's in your mind. Pray for wisdom, guidiance and peace etc. Alternatively, we can dedicate to certain deities we like out of respect or special reasons. Simply recite the deities name after reciting the names of the Trinity. But remember as you pray, visualize the Trinity and the deities you have called, in the sky above you and listening to your prayers. No need a super clear visual, a rough one will do. The image will improve as day goes by. Cos the holy Tao will guide you. At the end, just said the following phrase:" In the name of the Celestial Lord Of Virtue Lord Lao Zi, i pray." Yes, it' so simple. Just the name of Lao Zi is enough to close the session. No matter how many deities you pray to. Also don't forget to transfer the merit of praying to all beings and yourselve. So that we all get the blessing of the Tao.Place your palms together and pray now!

God Of Cultural Lord WenChang. He is the holy divine spirit of six major stars up in the sky. In heaven, he is the Chief Secretary of Jade Emperor. He helps people in their studies and promotions for people working in white collar jobs like offices, banks and govt etc. He had came to this world in ancient China to spread the holy teachings and save mankind a many times. A great caring deity. Dedicate your prayers to him!

Guardian Of Dragon-Tiger Altar Marshall Zhao. A loyal general in the Shang dynasty. Also a Taoist priest. A pity that he pleage his loyalty to King Zhou, a evil king. Thus he was subdued by Jiang Ziya, a senior Taoist priest and a famous advisor who helped King Wen establish Zhou dynasty who carried out the Deification ceremony on all deities by the order of Jade Emperor. On the account of his valour, jiang Ziya gave him a post.

God Of War Lord Guan. A famous general during the Three Kingdoms period in ancient China. He was the reincarnation of a god in the past. Holding a green dragon broad spear, he eliminate our sorrows and evil spirits. Dedicate your prayers to him! He is a rightous god whose great name spread to all parts of world . Even people in US started praying to him during this few years!

Mdm Ling Shui. A female Taosit priestress in ancient China. Possessed special powers, she used them to save her fellow villagers from sufferings. Those pregnant ladies sought her help to bless them so that their babies will come to this world safely. Mdm Ling Shui in the past attained immortality after being enlightened by Goddess Of Mercy( Avalokiteshvara bodhisattva). So she is indeed a merciful deity.

Hall Of Patriarchs

Here we have three great patriarchs of Taoism. The first is the Yellow Emperor Huang Di. Ancestor of the Chinese.He first developed a proper imperial system of running a govt. Establish proper ceremonies and rituals. Also came out with many system of standard measurments. Then we have Heavenly Grand Master Zhang. A Taoist priest in the early Han dynasty. Following the Yellow Emperor's rules on ceremonies and rituals and the teaching of Lord Lao Zi, Master Zhang officially establish Taoism and came out with a sect called 'Five Pecks Of Rice Zheng Yi sect'. The fee to join was of course five pecks of rice. This later became the Southern branch which formed together with many other Taoist sect. They emphasize more on the rituals and home-based, on need to observe a vegetarian diet. While the Northern Sect, lead by another patriarch, Grand Patriarch Lu Dong bin. Founded the 'Absolute Truth sect'. Which formed the Northern branch with other Taoist sects. They on the other hand emphasize more on the holy scriptures and teachings and observe a vegetarian diet, These two branch categorize all the small Taoist sects in Taoism into two major category This system lasted until recent years when they merged together. The teaching of Master Lu must be emphasize here cos he had a wonderful teaching that merged the teaching of Taoism, Buddhism and teaching of Confucius together. As the three of them have the same principal. Feel free to look into it and you will agree to Master Lu. Many Taoist, Buddhist or Chinese families have adopt this teaching.

Heavenly Grand Master Zhang. According to Taoist scriptures, Master Zhang recieved the direct order by Lord Lao Zi to establish Taoism according to his teaching and the code of law of Taoist rituals by Huang Di. Master Zhang was a fantastic demon slayer and forced the demons to vow never to appear durring daytime and active only at night. Master Zhang done countless good deeds and using his energy, created a elxir. Which he consuned it and gain immortality

The Great Sacred Tao

Yellow Emperor Huang Di. Ancestor of Chinese. father of rituals for Taoism

Grand Master Lu Dong Bin. One of the Eight Immortals. His teaching had such great influcence on Taoismand the Chinese that modern Taoist and Chinese have adopt his teaching. He, like Master Zhang, a great demon slayer too.
