Hakuoro has lost his memory after succumbing to serious injuries; but thanks to a
elderly woman and her granddaughter Eruruu, he is nursed back to health. His face
is covered by a strange irremovable mask and he occasionally sees beastly visions.
Eruruu now cares for him as he becomes accustomed to the village and its inhabitants
who all bear strange ears (the women have tails too). Though these people venerate
the forces of nature, desecration of an alter forces them to take drastic measures
to preserve their lives from the wrath of Mutikapa-sama, guardian of the forest.

Unknown to the villagers, Hakuoro has a forgotten sacred past. Hakuoro has helped the
villagers to survive from the threats of Mutikapa-sama. And thus, Hakuoro has became
a hero and soon holds a firm position in the village.
Attacks from a barbaric king of one state have gathered the force of the village to
strike back. With Hakuoro's brilliant strategic strikebacks, the king is brought down.
Thus after, Hakuoro is named the white king. The brilliant winning of the state has
then endangered the villagers and the state's resident for, a pervert terror king is
interested in challenging Hakuoro. But, still, Hakuoro manages to kill that king for
a dark side of him.
Soon after, Hakuoro becomes aware of himself that he is abnormal. Several, incidents
eventually brought him to the gods' sacred place and Hakuoro is willingly to
sacrifice for peace of the country.
Wind ~ A Breath Of Heart
An airship drifts quietly over the town. In this town, everybody has
a special quasi-magical power, save only for Makoto Okano. Having been away
for years, he and his sister Hinata now return to the town, and Makoto soon
encounters his childhood sweetheart Minamo. It seems the stuff of ordinary romance
and everyday life, yet there is a mystery under the surface of the strange town.

A collection of episodes in the lives of people with the power to control the wind.
In a small village in the Japanese countryside lives a clan of kazetsukai, wind handlers,
people with the power to control the wind. Nao Ueshima is a middle school student and
president of the school's two-member digital camera club. Taiki, one of the kazetsukai,
leaves behind the village and his brother's widow, Yukio, to become a mathematics teacher
at Nao's school. Nao learns of Taiki's power after he uses it to save her life. Nao and
her friends travel to the kazetsukai village to learn for themselves the secret of how to
control the wind.

Kimihiro Watanuki is a young boy with a cursed gift. He has the ability to see evil
spirits, and somehow they seem attracted to himself. One day he meets a misterious
woman who names herself Yuuko. She claims to have the means to end his torment,

enough to pay for her services. Thus he starts to work in her shop and discovers
that in that place, nothing is what it seems.
