| Low fat soft cheese 7.0oz | 1. Blend all ingredients together | |

| Eggs 2 | 2. Bake at 180º for about 55 minutes | |
| Blue Stilton (crumbled) 2.5oz | ||
| Whipping Cream 5.0fl oz | ||
| Clove garlic - crushed | ||
| Dash of white pepper | ||
| Finely Chopped Walnuts 1.0oz | ||
| Plain flour 0.75oz | ||
| Decoration | ||
| Walnut halves | 1. When cool arrange walnut halves on top | |
| Paprika | 2. Sprinkle with Paprika |
