TO MR NG'S CLASS WEBSITE

I have loaded the GSP file for Area of Triangle. Click here to go there. It will take some time to load the first time but subsequent times should be faster. Do let me know if there's any problem.

Just updated the English Exercises. They should be working okay now. Let me know if there's any problem.

As you can see, I've changed the layout of my website slightly. The top frame now allows you to access the various main parts of the site. I hope it tidies things up a bit.

I shall be focusing on uploading exercises this term to help all of you prepare for SA2. You can help to create some exercises, too. If I'm the only one creating the exercises, it means there'll be fewer available for you to practise on. So what are you waiting for?

I just spent some time at J K Rowling's website.
WOW!!! It's a really fascinating site. Lots of things to see and explore. I had to force myself to close the page otherwise I'll be spending too much time there. Go on! Have a look. I'm sure you'll like it, too.

I also found a number of other interesting Harry Potter-related sites. They are:

http://www.scholastic.com/harrypotter/home.asp
http://harrypotter.warnerbros.com/main/homepage/home.html
http://www.kidsreads.com/harrypotter/jkrowling.html
http://www.webenglishteacher.com/rowling.html
http://falcon.jmu.edu/~ramseyil/rowling.htm
http://www.hp-lexicon.org/

Enjoy yourself during the National Day break. But remember to revise your work as well. Remember to read voraciously, too.

Just uploaded 6 Hot Potato quizzes on Speed Math. Now you can practise your Speed Math. As the adage goes, "Practice makes perfect".

Also added link to Yasseen's website. So far, eight pupils have their own websites. Eight and still counting! I'm waiting for the others. Who's next?

Just discovered another interesting link. It's at:
http://www.fun-with-words.com/
I thought it's a wonderful site. There's lots of info about words.

Wow! We have already finished four weeks of Term 3! CA2 is just around the corner. Have you started your revisions? It's time you started. Next Saturday is Innovation Day. I'll be glad when it's over and we can get down to preparing for CA2.

Here's an interesting website I came across:
http://www.kidsfreeware.com/

I've just added links to Yi Ming's and Xiao Ning's websites. Who's next? By the way, I hope those whose sites are up could update their sites every week or so. Add a story or something. You might also want to write a brief description of a book you have just read. Did you enjoy it? Why? Would you recommend it to your friends? Websites should be updated regularly so that they do not become stale. And let your visitors know what new updates you've made. Write on!

With effect from today, our new school website will be http://schools.moe.edu.sg/northland/
Not to worry though. I've already updated the link on my Useful Links page. I've also added links to the websites of our class pupils as and when I receive them. So, do start creating your own website and give me your URL when you are ready. Every 4A5 pupil must have a website by the end of this year. So what are you waiting for? Don't know how? Come and attend my sessions and learn! I'm not going to give you any excuse for not setting up your own website.

Are you enjoying your June vacation? You should be! But do not forget to work as well. Have you finished your assignments? Get it done! Don't wait until the last minute.

I've just added one more Math exercise, created by Chang Shun. More will be added as and when they are ready. Should be a lot. Try them and see if you can do them. Let me know if there are mistakes.

Welcome to my website! If you're looking for the Assembly Quiz website, you've come to the right place. Just click here or the link on the left. Before you click Print, be sure to first click the page where the Assembly Quiz is, otherwise, you'll find yourself printing out the Contents Page instead.

By the way, the links to the Recommended Web Sites for English Language, Mathematics and Science are on the left. More sites will be added to the lists later, so you can come back to check for new sites from time to time.
Calling all pupils of Mr Ng. This website is for you to post anything you want to share with your friends. You can send me stories, poems, jokes, riddles, puzzles, book reviews, film reviews, etc. Do make sure that your stories and poems are original, though.

THE FORM THAT USED TO BE HERE HAS BEEN REMOVED BECAUSE I DISCOVERED THAT IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE.

YOU CAN STILL CONTACT ME BY EMAILING ME AT: mrngcws@yahoo.com.sg
