The project of this article is to convert and manipulate source code of all different languages to one which is universal.
The process is to convert different languages but before converting, extract of grammer is introduced in the Techniques.
It should be able to work on all platforms and machines.
Those people involved in the project are software engineers mainly trying to extract grammer from source code and convert it efficiently.
The final product will be the converted Cobol 74 from Cobol 85 for example for a client's company.
