Chutatsu Shiba-I (仲達司馬懿), her historical character is Sima Yi. Her seiyuu is Saiga Mitsuki. Her hair / eye color is orange / grey. She is from Xuchang Academy (Kyosho Gakuin), 2nd Year Student.

The true shadow leader of Kyosho and arch-nemesis of Koumei. She used to take care of Teni and played the electric guitar but somehow lost both her feet. She is secretly manipulating Sousou towards an ill-defined goal. She has a dragon tattoo on her right hand. She shows no sympathy towards her loyal Toushi. For example, she did not show any remorse towards Teni after she was viciously beaten by Ryomou.

Her tattoos glow whenever she uses her energy. She plans to send the world into chaos by using Sousou and other evil spirits. During the Battle of Chibi she attempted to run over he enemies in a car but crashed, it was during this she revealed she could still actually walk, her disability was thought to be a deception tactic. She attacked Ryuubi but was cut down by Kan'u. She merged her powers with Sousou but was defeated by Ryuubi and Hakufu with her body crumbled away as a result.
