Bunsoku Ukin. His eye color is black. He is from Xuchang Academy (Kyosho Gakuin), 3rd Year Student.

He is one of the assassins sent to kill Gentoku Ryuubi. Easily defeated by Unchou Kan'u, he specializes in using a pair of three-section staff or a single long staff. He seems to like women's bosoms very much. He is killed by Sousou when he came back giving lame excuses for his failure to remove Ryuubi.
