Ikkitousen ~Dragon Destiny~: Episode List

1. Movements of a newborn dragon's spirit

Ryomou went in search of the Dragon Jade and found it. Kakouen was there to try to snatch that away from her. After going through two separate battles, Ryomou escapses with the Dragon Jade. Shibaki and Kan'u discuss what they should do for Seito and Ryuubi after Toutaku's death. Ryuubi appears for the first time reading a book describing the story about the Peach Garden Oath. Chouhi came in asking her to train herself due to her status as leader of Seito. Ryuubi refuses saying that this is not her thing. Ryuubi tries to escape training conducted by Chouhi but is captured by Kan'u. She try to persuade Ryuubi to listen to Chouhi but to no avail. Chouhi and Kan'u then discuss what they should do about Ryuubi's reluctance to fulfill her destiny and the impending threat posed by Sousou Moutoku during Ryuubi's swimming lesson. When Ryuubi find herself unable to swim, Chouhi tries to give her a hand but it backfires. Ryuubi reawakened at the sickbay completely naked and is asked Kan'u and Chouhi what it meants to be a Toushi. At a computer laboratory within Kyosho, Kakuka and Kaku were there discussing about stratgeies dealing with Seito and Nanyo while having some fun with each other. Sousou look face to face with his inner demon, the Demon Lord, Cao Cao, once again.  

2. Awakening of the Devil King

Sousou and Kakouten expresses their opinions about Kaku. They were later attacked by Yoshuu. Kakuka and Kaku, knowing this, never intend to help them out. Their excuse is to attempt to awaken Sousou's dragon completely. They have their wish. Kakouten's left eye is later injured by Koshaji and seeing one of his closest friends down injured on the ground, Sousou become enraged and allow his dragon to be awakened. He defeated Koshaji single-handedly and ensue to mutilate her accordingly. The Three Pillared Gods (Jyokou, Gakushin & Choukou) along with Kaku, were sent to destroy Yoshuu completely. Kaku report to Sousou about Yoshuu's surrender to Kyosho later. Sousou demand them to be annihilated as well as Seito and Nanyo accordingly. Ryuubi attend the training lesson conducted by Chouhi but isn't doing very well. Kan'u came to visit and told Chouhi about Kyosho's plans to eliminate Seito. While attempting to escape training, Ryuubi found herself being attacked by Kyosho's assassins. Kan'u suddenly appear to save her and fought with Ukin. She is able to defeat him with the Green Dragon Crescent Blade. Chouhi is doing her part in protecting Ryuubi as well, preventing a group of Kyosho's men from getting close to Ryuubi. She manage to defeat them all, only to witness Ryomou's arrival along with Kan'u and Ryuubi. In Ryomou's possession is the Dragon Jade.

3. Dripping Blood, Shedding Tears

Kan'u identifies Ryomou and ask why she is here. Ryomou did not say anything but let her actions speak itself. Trying to prevent Ryomou from getting closer to Ryuubi is Chouhi but is later beaten down by the only female within the Four Devas of Nanyo. Ryomou eventually reaches Ryuubi with Kan'u being her only obstacle. A persistent Chouhi attempt to stop Ryomou again but is knocked away by the skilled fighter. Seeing her friend being beaten up by Ryomou, Ryuubi cannot control her rage and allow her dragon to be awakened. Ryomou attempt to suppress Ryuubi's dragon with the Dragon Jade but failed miserably. She is forced to retreat. Shibaki is there to thank her for awakening Ryuubi's dragon. Ryuubi become a uncontrollable beast ever since her dragon is awakened and it took a few days before she regain her own senses. The first thing she asked for after regaining control of herself is food. Ukin returns to Kyosho to report his defeat. He is killed by Sousou for his failure. Stating that she look better without her glasses, Sousou orders Kaku to gather his forces to eliminate Seito for good. Kakouen meets up with Kakuka and tell him that Ryomou has the Dragon Jade. She vow to take it from her. Kakuka inform Shiba-I about the existence of the Dragon Jade and the importance in suppressing Sousou's as well as his own destiny. Kakuka expresses his desire to own the Dragon Jade to Kaku, knowing how important it is to them. But he will never get this chance to do this. He is attacked by Bashoku and eventually killed by her with one of Kannei's tonfas. He told Kaku to look for Kakouen before he died. Kaku is devastated of his sudden death. Knowing of his best friend's death and the murder weapon being one of Kannei's tonfas, Sousou order Nanyo's destruction as revenge for Kakuka. Sonsaku made her appearance here.

4. Chanced Meeting Between Two Dragons

Kakouten feel saddened by the death of his best friend, Kakuka. He vow to exact revenge for Kakuka towards Seito in his own way. Sonsaku continue her day of being beaten up by her own mother. She went to seek Shuuyu's help but to no avail. While using the restroom, she is attacked by members of the Ugan Gang. Their leader Toutotsu explain that Kyosho send them to eliminate Sonsaku, After calling Goei a grandmother, he and his gang were beaten up which lead to their retreat. Kakouten is there to see this happened. Goei as expected welcome him back here. Kakouten told Sonsaku, Shuuyu and Goei about the death of his best friend that lead to Kyosho's act of war against Seito. Shuuyu is dumbfounded how Kannei could have killed Kakuka in that unbalanced mental state of his. Bashoku reports to Shokatsuryou about the success of their plan, proving the fact that it is Shokatsuryou who ordered the assassination of Kakuka. Kaku meet with Kakouen. Kakouen told her about the Dragon Jade and her desire to retrieve it at all costs for the sake of Sousou who save her from a war in the urban jungle. Shiba-I orders Teni to get the Dragon Jade from Ryomou. Chun-un reports to Kan'u that Kakuka is killed by Seito Toushi. Sonsaku and Shuuyu visit Seito and meet Chouhi and Ryuubi. It turn out that they are actually looking for Kan'u. Ryomou visit the grave of Ryofu and explain why she came to Seito with the Dragon Jade looking for Ryuubi that day. It explain the purpose of the eyepatch on her left eye. Teni began her attack on Ryomou in order to retrieve the Dragon Jade for Shiba-I.

5. Cruel Toushi

Teni's horrible past and her relationship with Shiba-I are explained. Her attack on Ryomou continues. Teni eventually manage to knock Ryomou down completely, only to be attacked by Chun-un. She is thus defeated by Chun-un. Ryomou manage to make use of the Dragon Jade to awaken the dragon within her right eye and attack Chun-un but failed to defeat her due to her recent injuries suffered from Teni. The fallen Ryomou is later taken to Shuuyu's residence by Chun-un to be found by him. Gakushuu later arrives to check on Ryomou. Shuuyu explain their visit to Seito with Sonsaku. Ryomou explain her disappearance and how she manage to know about the Dragon Jade. (Kouchu apparently told her.) She soon realized that the Dragon Jade is not around her and predicted that Chun-un must have taken it away from her. Ryomou fainted out due to this discovery and Sonsaku hates to see her in this wounded state. Her dragon almost awakened because of that but it is stopped by Goei. Teni is taken to the hospital by Chouryo. He believe that Shiba-I is merely using them as tools. Sousou warns the prospect of the Demon Lord totally awakened inside him to Kakouten. The Ugan Gang arrives trying to assassinate Sousou. They were obliterated by the dragon's power. Chouryo tell Kaku that Shiba-I will replace her as overall advisor of Kyosho. Kaku is devastated. Chun-un took the Dragon Jade back to Seito and show it to Kan'u. She mention that it is time for them to meet the hidden dragon.

6. An Encounter with the Crouching Dragon

Shibaki tries to convince Kan'u that they need Shokatsuryou to fully utilize the Dragon Jade. Kan'u decide to find out about that herself. Realizing that Kan'u is no longer in school, Chouhi and Ryuubi ask Shibaki where she went. He can only tell them one place: Tougen Abbey. Chouhi and Ryuubi decides to chase after her. Kan'u meets up with Jousho who intend to test her spirit and skills. Chouhi fought with someone that she guess is preventing them from locating Kan'u and tell Ryuubi to go ahead without her. The recluctant Ryuubi did as she is told. Ryuubi discover the Green Dragon Crescent Sword on her way to find Kan'u. She found Shokatsuryou fishing near a pond. Shokatsuryou manage to fish out a blue dragon and fell into the water because of that. Ryuubi tries to save her without remembering that she cannot swim. Inside the water, he manage to find Shokatsuryou and try to get her to safety. Kan'u wake up in a room to find Jousho cooking something. Kouchu is there to help him out with his laundry. Jousho explain how they all, (including Chouhi and Ryuubi) get here. Koucho address Chouhi as cute and make her blush. While Shokatsuryou and Ryuubi have a bath together, Jousho talk to Kan'u about her relationship with Ryuubi. Kan'u continously blushed when he suggested her love for Ryuubi. Jousho eventually allow Shokatsuryou to go with them. Shuuyu and Gakushuu brainstormed about the assassination of Kakuka. Kakouen arrives at Nanyo in preparation to retrieve the Dragon Jade.

7. Kan'u`s Surrender

Kakouen invades Nanyo in search of the Dragon Jade. Gakushuu confront her and manage to fight her off. Sonsaku accompanies Ryomou to meet with Kada, a physician in charge of giving Ryomou the eye patch that seal the dragon within her left eye. Ryomou is informed by the attack from Kyosho by phone. They return to school to access the situation. Sonsaku, due to Shuuyu's misguidance, thought that Gakushuu is died but was given a punch on the head by him. Shuuyu and Gakushuu told Ryomou that Kakouen is the one that launched the attack. Ryomou finally tell them what the Dragon Jade is and what happened to her because of this item all for Sonsaku. Sonsaku is anguished because of that. Shiba-I told Kakouten who really killed Kakuku: Shokatsuryou. New orders has been issued to him by Sousou from Shiba-I: capture Kan'u. Kakouten sent the Three Pillared Gods to capture Kan'u alive. Shokatsuryou, Ryuubi, Chouhi and Koucho visit a local temple festival for some fun. At one point, Shokatsuryou states that she need to create a new Battle of Chibi. Kan'u watches over them in the shadows and is spotted by Shibaki. Kan'u sense trouble and head out to find that out. She meet with the Three Pillared Gods while one of them intend to fight her. Jyokou fought with all his might but still loses. However, they still made Kan'u surrender to them after promising to do something bad to Ryuubi and her entourage now surrounded by Kakouten and his men. To protect them, Kan'u has no other choice but to surrender.

8. A Minor Leader`s Glorious Death

Kakouten tell Ryuubi and the others about Kan'u's surrender. Ryuubi is devastated. Kyocho appears before Shiba-I and is ordered to protect Sousou since this is the only thing she can do as his childhood friend. Upon capture, Kan'u is tortured by the Three Pillared Gods in an attempt to force her to confess about Seito possessing the Dragon Jade. But Kan'u refuse to say anything despite being tormented. Gakushin attempt to read her mind by kissing her on her lips and soon find out how wrong she is to do so. Inside Kan'u's mind, she saw many of her memories as well as the Dragon Jade but eventually find herself meeting a bloodthirsty Guan Yu. Gakushin escapes from Kan'u's mind in fearfulness, calling who she saw a monster. Later, Sousou came to meet with Kan'u. With the power of his dragon, he manage to force her to submit to him eventually. At Seito, Ryuubi and the others wonder how they are going to deal with Kan'u's capture as well as the knowledge that Kyosho know the Dragon Jade is with them now. They realize that Kan'u to continue to stay at Kyosho will guarantee Ryuubi's safety. KNowing this, a determined Ryuubi pledge to rescue Kan'u at all costs. Sonsaku, despite Shuuyu's objection, decides to go to Kyosho to find Sousou and exact revenge on what he and his men have done to her fellow Toushis. She arrives at Kyosho, only to meet with Shiba-I accompanied by Chouryo and a few Kyosho's Toushi and eventually meet with Kan'u. A fight commences between the two as Kan'u try to prevent Sonsaku from meeting Sousou. However, upon awakening her dragon, Sonsaku still get her wish, attacking Sousou once she saw him but only to be beaten down by him and his overpowering dragon. Sonsaku is thought to be dead after that.

9. A Shattered Friendship

Saji returns only to find a battered Nanyo. Shuuyu and the others realizes Sonsaku's advent to Kyosho for revenge and later discovered about her death after a message from Kyosho is delivered to Nanyo and received by Gakushuu. Shuuyu refuses to believe that Sonsaku is dead and try to find out what is going on. He meet Saji who stop him from being too irrational. He took him, Gakushuu and Ryomou to a place where the Four Devas of Nanyo used to gather. There they meet Bashoku who request them to meet her master, Shokatsuryou. Saji waste no time harassing Bashoku. They accept this invitation after knowing that Kan'u have gone to Kyosho and the real identity of the one who killed Kakuka. Shuuyu return home to break the news to Goei and apologize for not able to protect Sonsaku at the right moment. Goei told Shuuyu that it is Sonsaku's own decision and she cannot blame anyone but her own daughter since she is a Toushi. She can only wait for her return patiently. After harassing Ryomou for fun, Saji disclose the reason for his return, stating the fact that it is Shokatsuryou who tell him about Kannei killing an Kyosho officer. Both Saji and Ryomou, representatives sent by Nanyo to meet Shokatsuryou first met Ryuubi and Chouhi who mistook Saji as a enemy especially after he literally molested Ryuubi. During the meeting with Shokatsuryou, Saji and Ryomou find out why she wanted Ryomou to find the Dragon Jade and what the Dragon Jade is all about. She then propose an alliance between Nanyo and Seito to take down Kyosho together, reliving the Battle of Chibi. Thinking that it is Kan'u that is causing Sousou to lose control of his dragon, Kakouten decides to send Kan'u off, only to be found out by Sousou and defeated by the uncontrollable dragon inside him.

10. The Legend of Koukin

A young crybaby, Shuuyu is being bullied and a young Sonsaku is there to save him. This is what he can recall from his childhood past with Sonsaku. Shuuyu blames Shokatsuryou, believing that she is indirectly involved in Sonsaku's presumed death. He vow never to work with Seito because of that. He soon learn about a Toushi Hunting Operation commenced by Kyosho to remove any Toushi unfriendly to Kyosho. He does not like this at all. Kyocho did what she is supposed to do, managing to calm Sousou down when his dragon is activated while Shiba-I, now in total control of Kyosho, vows to bring back chaos into this world. Kan'u try to return to Seito but is stopped by Chou-un on her way back. Chou-un told her that it is unwise for her to return as Ryuubi found new strength with her absence. She will have to wait for the right moment to return to Ryuubi's side. Kan'u agrees. Ryuubi told Shokatsuryou what she wants, seeking not to let anyone get hurt anymore. She wants everyone to live normal lives without the need to fight. Shokatsuryou vow to work towards that goal. Gakushuu and Ryomou find out about the Toushi Hunting Operation and understood the seriousness of this. They worry if they stand a chance of victory during the final battle with the Dragon Jade as the ultimate prize for Kyosho winning this fightout. In a cavern, Shikou Choukou began to awaken the dragon within Sonsaku and help her in controlling it. That took him quite an effort to do so. After that, he explain to Ukitsu and Rikuson that the two dragons of Ryuubi and Sonsaku respectively are needed to defeat Sousou's evil dragon. He told Ukitsu that she is needed to bring back Sonsaku's heart and spirit to control her dragon since she is the one wo killed her in the ancient past. Rikuson states that she is the one who found Sonsaku in the sea and save her. Shuuyu came to Seito in search of Shokatsuryou but is stopped by Kan'u. He is surprised to see Kan'u there and demanded her to let him see Shokatsuryou. Kan'u tell Shuuyu that she will not allow him to meet Shokatsuryou in his state of mind and that Shokatsuryou is too important for Seito now. She tries to remind Shuuyu what Sonsaku really wished for. Shuuyu, realizing what he has forgotten, left Seito in hopes to continuing her will. Kyosho finally receive the letter of challenge from both Nanyo and Seito. The Battle of Chibi is on.

11. The War of Toushi

Shokatsuryou prepares for the final battle. She send Bashoku and Kouchu to stand by at Seito just in case they loses. Shiba-I gain strength from Sousou's dragon that will assist her in achieving victory over Seito and Nanyo. She did not seem to want that kind of power at all. Kaku, realizing that the final battle will occur without her, can only feel regretted about that. Representatives of Nanyo arrives at the site of the final battle. Three of the Four Devas of Nanyo (Saji, Ryomou and Gakushuu) arrives to meet with Shokatsuryou, Ryuubi and Chouhi. The Dragon Jade is placed inside an altar made to suppress its power while preparations for the final battle is done with the arrival of the last Deva of Nanyo. Shuuyu brought them food from Goei to fill their stomachs for the upcoming battle. Shuuyu mention that he meet Kan'u at Seito and wonders why she isn't here. Ryuubi is stunned but relieved to hear this. Ukitsu began her attempt to get back Sonsaku's spirit. While Ukitsu fought with her dragon, Sonsaku find herself waking up in numerous places. She eventually met someone who urges her to live on. Sonsaku knew who he is and cried. Her dragon manage to break out from the cavern, letting Chou-un into believing that Sonsaku has failed to gain control of her dragon. She tries to kill her but is stopped by Ukitsu who told her that Sonsaku actually did it. Ukitsu died after that. Representatives of Kyosho arrives. The Three Pillared Gods, Kakouen, Kyocho, Chouryo as well as Shiba-I came to meet with Shokatsuryou and her allies. Since Sousou is not here, Shokatsuryou tries to make a din out of it, causing Shiba-I to be mad and start the battle. Kakouen faces Ryomou in battle to continue the fight they have started. Gakushun battles Jyokou and won. Shuuyu duels Shungai Choukou and won. Saji fought with Chouryo and won. With his victory, he help Ryomou defeat Kakouen as well. Kyocho tries to take out Chouhi. Ryuubi once attempt to help out in this battle but was stopped by Shokatsuryou, who requested her to guard the Dragon Jade. However, Gakushin tries to take out the leader of Seito but is knocked down by Kan'u. Her timely return is much appreciated by an ecstatic Ryuubi.

12. Chibi Ablaze!

Kyocho faces Kan'u one on one after defeating Chouhi. Kan'u is successful in exacting revenge for Chouhi by defeating Kyocho in the end. Shiba-I is furious since Kyocho is the only one left for Kyosho in this fight. The survivors regroup, knowing that victory goes to Seito and Nanyo eventually. But Shiba-I suddenly went mad, driving her car right into the abandoned factory, the site of the Battle of Chibi. The car exploded, causing fire to break out all around the factory. Stranded on top of the factory, Ryuubi and Shokatsuryou discover Shiba-I still in one piece, preparing to snatch the Dragon Jade away from them. After they refuse to give it to her willingly, Shiba-I attacked Ryuubi, only to be knocked away by Kan'u who manage to leap from the foot of the factory to where they were with help from Chouhi. Shiba-I suddenly engulfed in crimson aura, At Kyosho, Sousou's dragon started to wake up once again. It left the underground facility behind that school, racing towards where Shiba-I is who have sacrificed herself to fully materialize Sousou's dragon to the living. The Dragon Jade shines with crimson light as well, a clear sign that Sousou's dragon has arrived. At the same time, Ryuubi's dragon is currently being forced to be awakened, being delayed because of Ryuubi's persistence. She eventually submitted to her inner power as two dragons (Gold and Red) can be seen on the sky, fighting against each other. Kan'u took Shokatsuryou away when the burning factory began to collapse, knowing that neither her nor Shokatsuryou can do anything to stop what is occurring right now. Ryuubi's dragon look to be weaker than Sousou's as the red dragon is able to bite the golden dragon at one time, causing it to yell in pain. Shokatsuryou can only pray for her scheme established long ago to surface while Kan'u tries way to persuade Sousou to stop fighting. She even offer himself to him just to do that. But Sousou isn't listening at all. Eventually, a blue dragon appear and totally turn things around. Sonsaku Hakufu have finally arrived to help in the submission of the red dragon. She express her happiness in seeing her fellow Nanyo students here. Promising to destroy Sousou's dragon for good, Sonsaku order her dragon to attack. Chou-un arrives to explain why she is missing in action after this long. It is all to acertain whether Sonsaku has awakened. Ryuubi, determined to save her friends, began to help defeating Sousou once more time. Eventually with the power of the Dragon Jade, they did and ended the Battle of Chibi as they would have liked. One month later, Shokatsuryou and Bashoku are seen fishing near a pond. Choukou and Rikuson visit Ukitsu's grave. Chouhi had lunch with Koucho. Gakushuu work in a convenience store but will soon to be fired after breaking a glass window. The Three Pillared Gods became a tourist attraction. Kyocho return to her volleyball team. Teni and Chouryo relax in a farm. Chou-un tries to do some flower arrangement but failed miserably. Shuuyu worries about his schoolwork while Saji continue with her womanizing ways. Sonsaku and Ryomou began working in a maid cafe. Ryuubi continue her hobby of reading books and tries to get Kan'u into it. Meanwhile, Kaku find a Kakouten with a substantial memory loss. The only thing he remembers is his buddy, Sousou Moutoku.
